Bale's face looks just fine to me... I don't think his changing physique has done anything to his face. I watched American Psycho the other day and his face looked insanely lean in that... it wasn't like it was a sudden change in TDK.

Well, if Cavill got typecast in action roles its not the end of the world.

Plenty of very great careers have been made that way. Getting regular work and staring roles with very good pay as an established star would likely make him plenty happy, even if they are mostly action star roles.

Even so he can still mostly hide his build in the right clothes.

I'm with you man. I'm a bigger fan of the guys who actually stayed in shaped and picked roles that worked around that rather than put their own body through the yoyo for ever role. Nothing wrong being known as a buff guy in action movies, Sly, Dolph, Arnold, Dudikoff, Bradley, Jai White, I could go on.

Here's a good one of Cavill at the airport yesterday (01-02-12), he looks to have a weight-lifting shirt on.

It looks like he is saying to himself (through his teeth), "just smile for the camera and maybe they will go away".

Henry Cavill's Superman physique reminds me of a John Byrne drawn Superman.

I mentioned awhile back that I thought it was a nice touch up to have Clark riding a bicycle through the streets of Metropolis, and I wouldn't be surprised if in this film, especially at the beginning, Clark opted to not use his powers of super speed and flight to travel the globe and that from his perspective, in order to feel more "human" and "normal", he chose to travel by regular means.

I see Immortals is coming out on Blu Ray in March but there's no mention of any extras just the film in 3D, the film in 2D and a Digital Copy. Hope there ends up been a few extras.
