One of the reasons I would like Bruce Willis for Lex luthor, if he and Cavill have decent chemistry on screen.

Way too old and not a good enough actor. He has one setting: Bruce Willis. Also, if Kevin Smith is to be believed, he's kinda bat**** crazy, and tries to take creative control over his films.

To me, the only thing he's got going for him as far as being a candidate for Lex is being bald. I just don't see the potential "Lexness" in him. Well, anymore than any other adult male actor.

he has the same problem meloni has(people thought he was lex lol)

he comes across as too much of a brute and a cop

I agree. Willis is who McG or Bay would've used. We need a way younger, fresher and less predictable candidate.

Exactly, there's just something about the way he is in all his roles that doesn't really suit Lex. Too much of a streetwise everyman, or a cocky badass.

I think what GoblinWhirlwind is saying is that Henry's Jawline is not as "Chieled" as it's used to being seen. I noticed it too, and it's obvious, Henry already stated in interviews that he had to fatten up for the roll (well, get out of shape as he put it). :)

For those that haven't seens these photos it's posted on Superman: Man of Steel (2013) facebook page. On to the final stretch... LA.

Cavill and that woman next to him look like they're thinking "Okay, who let in the idiot with the camera?"

I liked the way his character in Perfect Stranger was portrayed.

That is how I envision Lex Luthor, as a man is a true genius beyond even Tesla, but who deep down inside is an extremely imposing cocky badass.

That streetwise thug knowledge and behavior combined with his intellect has helped him build one of the most powerful, and corrupt, business empires.

I’m not a fan of the overly refined rich boy Luthor.

Michael chiklis is another guy I can see Luthor in, except while he has the thug in him, I'm not feeling the alpha male charisma I see in Willis, that and Willis has worked with Cavill already, so there may be chemistry already.

It's my new screensaver, hell I might dress as it for Halloween. :o

It sure does... :cwink:

I surprised you guys weren't saying it earlier when he was shooting those Smallville scenes with Shannon and Traue (you can tell that suit was clinging to him in all the right places).

Or if you really want to see it, check out The Tudors S1. :awesome:

Well, I didnt want to be the first to point it out. :cwink:

Someone needs to ask Michael Fassbender if he wouldn't mind shaving his head.. I just watched First Class earlier for the first time, and Fassbender was awesome. Lex Luthor, anyone?

Yeah, that's exactly what I meant lol.
