Incredible Hulk director has been picked!

I gave Crouching Tiger as an example of Lee's experience directing action (I'm really not sure how you can say there's not a lot of action in it, Sava  ), not CG.
cause there isnt, it has big action sequences but not alot, its more story than action

with all the hush-hush over who the new hulk director is, i'm guessing its someone big.

i'm guessing they actually dont have anyone yet :D

Well Sava already said that. I ain't repeating! So I made a different argument. :p
The thing with that action is largely(or rather completely) choreographed wirefu fights. Not very action heavy, more like ballet than real fighting. You don't consider ballet or dancing to be 'action' do you? I sure don't. Sure some wirefu films have action. But CT,HD lacks that intensity.
The film was largely a drama/fantasy. And I didn't like it. Hopefully Ang stays clear of martial arts films in the future. :down

That or they found a little known director to fit the spot if they can't find someone better.:(

thats what is happening IMO, no big name director, just some guy who's new

Well, it worked for Tim Story.
dont ever mention him again, that guy sucks..well, he f**ked up with a great set of characters but he is working with Fox, so who knows.

Nope but I'll have a pic to post here on the 22nd but I think Hollywood Reporter will give us the news the week before. Would you like to scratch my squirrels white underbelly? ;)

Dude, i just looked at my Busiek run of Avengers...and Pum is not in there as Ant-Man "pretty early on", or otherwise. Trust me.

That's fine if you feel he doesnt "deserve" his own movie, but kind of a moot opinion at this point, because apparently he's getting one.

My opinion on Elektra wasn't so moot when the movie bombed horribly.

Elektra sucked though she deserved her own money. Ant-Man is very unique as far as a comic book superhero film goes...live action that is. No more Ant-Bully posters cause that's just another rip-off like the Incredibles was of FF all the same Marvel stuff hiding behind a cutesy animated pic. Not sure if Ant-Bully was a wife beater though. LOL

things change... like the Manties :(

Francis Lawrence would be good for this as well, he has a great visual style and is great with CGI.

the guy who did Constantaine

I loved it as well, watching it the other night i just thought, i wouldnt mind this guy for the new Hulk movie.

yeah, he's not free now.
