For me, it was because it felt forced. I don't like this idea of a young Joker in the first place so I'm going in biased.

Agreed. However, it's not that I have a problem with the concept of a young Joker or a young Selina, it's that they shouldn't already be fully-formed versions of their adult counterparts.

Exactly. But who would watch an episode with the Joker in it back when he was a normal kid, before he snapped? Same with Selina. We're basically watching the Disney Channel version of Batman.

It's nothing amazing but it's a pretty fun show.

I do too. Some of the acting is very hammy but it's an entertaining show all the same.

I really don't think they've fully formed in any respect. Yes, there are similarities, but isn't that how it works? You don't just completely shift personalities once you become an adult. So much who you are at a young age carries over into adulthood. If I didn't still share a lot of traits with my younger self, I'd probably not be posting here.

I'm ready for that too. If he's locked up in Arkham for some time that will dictate what items he has. Perhaps, if he is incarcerated during the movie, he could improvise ala the "can I have a glass of water?" killings during the Under the Red Hood movie. And when he's out and about, all his tricks like laughing gas, buzzers, etc are in full force.

Yeah a bit. Leto seems to barely age. He doesn't look like a guy in his 40's.
