The haircut/style. Heh, why the hell would I ever want The Joker to have white hair? Of course I want green.

Nah, it's not nearly as extreme as the New 52 cut. It's not buzzed on the sides that short. I love the slicked back look for The Joker.

It means his hair will more than likely be green as green could possibly get. Greener than Nicholson's for sure. One of the reasons Heath's hair looked like it was yellow in some places was because of he kind of kept his hair dark.

Typically, if you want vibrantly-colored hair, you bleach it first.

Case in point, I tried dyeing my hair jet black one year as a joke, but I didn't bleach my ash-blonde hair first - so the resulting color was a nasty dark brown.

Whereas if I had bleached my hair white, well, turning white to jet black isn't so difficult.
