that's not a good thing.

Though I think in hindsight it makes sense for him to look young because Joker technically should look like he never ages, whether it be due to constantly applying makeup, reconstruction or whatever. He should just look perpetual.

If the Joker looks anything like this I would throw my computer out the window. I would be so pissed, my excitement for the movie would be destroyed, my excitement for BvS would be destroyed, my excitement for the DC universe would be destroyed. I would need to completely rethink my life and what I would do for entertainment in my years moving forward.
