Thats how I feel about 3. I HATE 2. Cant watch it when ever it comes on. I just hate the idea of them losing Culkin again and watching him foil the same two idiots. I hated it when it came out in 92.

Nah, there's no way such a reveal will gather 100% praise.

There will always be a minority who will hate something like those prosthetic teeth.

Yeah, I was just using that manip as a comparison. Fix the teeth though, and I think that pic would be about as close to universally praised as you can get. You're right, there is no way to get absolutely everyone to love it but that pic with the teeth fixed would be getting mostly great reviews today. Instead we got something that is literally already the punchline to a million jokes.

I don't like the "damaged" tattoo. Way too obvious. I hope he wears a shirt at some point. Otherwise, enthusiasm is holding steady!

I don't mind the look at all. It's unique while retaining some of that Joker vibe. My only problem with it aside from the "damaged" tat (which I'm hoping is just for the sake of the picture), is that for our first official look, I wish he had been either in the classic purple suit or the white suit from The Dark Knight Returns.

Edit : I remember that same report had claimed that this time we will get a Joker who has operated as a thug on streets of Gotham in past.

Yeah the 'damaged' tattoo is lame, but so was Nicholson spraying paint on artwork while holding a boombox.

You're never going to please everyone, so wait until you see the movie to judge the character and the performance.

There was a rumor. There was also a rumor that Lex was a tatted up street thug. I take this as Ayer and Snyder having a laugh at that.
