I actually didn't notice how he doesn't have tattoos in that part of the trailer.
Seriously.Okay, there should be a sticky that explains why the tattoos aren't clearly visible in that part of the trailer because it's been explained a thousand times![]()
Ok, let me put it this way.
A psycho killer, dyes his hair green, puts on red lipstick, paints his face and body white and one night on a "mission" falls in a vat of chemicals and voila! His "wish" comes true - he's now permanently white. The reason I say this is because in all the other shots I see shades of his natural skin tone, but, hey I know it might just be the lighting. I'm just sharing my thoughts on it, because for me he looks different in those images above.
In the torture scene from the trailer, Joker is seen in a low-lit room, the lighting (as with most indoor bulbs) has a yellow cast... hence his white skin appearing a warmer colour.
Whereas in the factory scene he is in harsh, fluorescent lighting - giving off a blue cast, making his skin appear very bright white.
I feel that the actual colour will be somewhere in-between... not fully 'chalk white' as in the comics, but certainly noticeably so.

The Joker is actually Alfred.
