I'm positive that there isn't a time traveling character in Man of Steel who shows up and says there will never be another superhero ever ever, so Snyder's (if he sticks around) mind can always be changed.

I think once Nolan's batfilms are done and the new Supes films are done, Justice League should be set up backwards to how Marvel set up Avengers.

An example:

Batman / Superman
Justice League (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Flash, Green Arrow, Aquaman)
Wonder Woman 1
Flash 1
Green Arrow 1
Aquaman 1
Green Lantern 1
Justice League 2 (Add Black Canary, Green Lantern, Zatanna, Supergirl)
etc.

Group pics first, then spinoff. Batman / Superman serves as a nice prologue and tests the waters to whether folk will buy these heroes in the same universe.

the justice league are beloved by sociaty so the dynamic of the x-men doesn't fit the justice league at all.

Even if you were going to swap out Green Lantern for whatever reason, why would you replace him with a guy so similar to Batman? I mean, yeah, Green Arrow is the first non-founder in the League and deserves a spot, but why swap out the one with the guy with the most unique ability for another rich guy with gadgets?

In my setup we are hitting the ground running with a JL film, and the individual films come after. I think WW, Flash, even Aquaman can be somewhat easily introduced in a group film, as their powers are somewhat easy to grasp. GL requires some background info about the corp, rings, etc., which I don't think could be easily worked in.

Plus, Green Arrow isn't that similar to Batman. They behave totally differently. Even their tactics and weaponry is quite different. The only similarity is that they both are rich..

I think not. Setting up GL is just as complex as setting up JL in my opinion. Arrow would be easier and less risky.

That's quite a fanboyish pipe dream. But in reality, WB would have to go against the messiah to make that happen.

the messiah's about to head back to new jerusalem so how much is his word really worth? what's he doing after tdkr? babysitting snyder?

this isn't rock surgery. considering how close they almost got a couple of years ago, i have a hard time believing it would be all that difficult to make a jl film happen.

Snyder is on board with Nolan's philosophy that Superman can only work in it's own world. MoS will be its own thing.

I don't think Nolan will be as emotionally invested in Superman as he is with the Batman franchise.

The first step for WB would be to make up a clear plan on how to approach the process of making a JL movie, whether they want it to exist as a separate entity, that has no ties with Nolan produced Man of Steel franchise and The new Batman relaunched franchise.

How will the JL movie franchise work ? will it be a self contained universe, can they make some spin off movies from that, for example a WW origin movie that is a prequel to JL movie, a Flash origin movie.

Or, maybe simply make solo WW and Flash movies, a separate World's finest movie and forget about tying them together, that is - forget about a JL movie. (That will be difficult as Marvel will keep making Avengers sequels that make them boatloads of cash.)
