Should Marvel make a small mini-movie featuring Mark as the Hulk. Maybe a Lab scene with him trying to cure himself and he turns into the Hulk. Kind of like an intro of him as the Hulk.

I could get behind that. Or even a flashback to before TIH where he and Betty Ross are working on the experiment that turns him into the big greenie. Would be a nice forum to have cameos by Tyler and Hurt and would help ease Ruffalo into the MCU continuity since it was only shown in flashback form in the beginning of TIH. It would make a great bonus feature on The Avengers home video release.

That would be cool. I wouldn't mind him even recreating the gamma chair scene from the title sequence (which was a homage to the tv series) or a scene of him with his very first transformation. I'd definitely be on board with Tyler and Hurt cameoing, but I would rather they do so in the actual movie.

Yeah, that is essentially what I meant.

Tbh, I would have no problem with that.

i could see nothing more than an extended special trailer regarding this but nothing more

i think that all the major avenger characters should have specific trailers just getting the vieweres up to date with who they are and how they all fit into the puzzle.

even if you hae watched all the films, it would be hard for people to gel all the pieces together especially if they were never aware they were going to all fit together eventually

I don't know what the longest film trailer length is but i think that Disney should create a sort of montage of the films, something similar to what i believe was shown at D23 before the actual trailer. No new footage just all old footage of many of the interconnecting scenes with minimal words, maybe something as simple as 'Next Year' 'The Avengers' 'Assemble'.

they can get away with a three minute one but they are normally about 2 1/2 mins for theatrical ones if stretched.

although if they are gonig to do old footage, they need a brand new one with rufallo to add him to the mix

I say just do a three minute one to specifically see the new Bruce get exposed & turn into The Hulk for the first time. Explaining the hows & whys to save time from it for the actual movie

I'd be A-OK with this. It'd be a nice way for Marvel to start having shorts on the big-screen.

While it would be cool. I'd much rather just have TIH2 starring Mark "Ruffalol" (trademarked by Wolvieboy17)

that's all fine and dandy but i suppose the real point of it is to see ruffalo's integration into the role as the hulk, so unless they are planning a nother hulk film before the avengers comes out (which they aren't). that's kinda pointless.

even so, i can see mark being replaced by sse in the future, such is the nature of the hulk.

(actually i wouldn't mind if this was a running gimmick that had banner changing as a side affect of the gamma mutation)

I say in The Avengers movie near the end have The Hulk be the one that is out all of the time & we never see Banner again after he is an established hero

Of course they aren't planning a tih2 before avengers, I just want one afterwards.

well that defeats the purpose of the thread, does it?

There mini-episodes for the Avengers cartoon. If Marvel wanted, they could give each of the Avengers a mini-teaser at the beginning of different films during trailers.
