How's Fantomex Max? Worth checking out?

I dig it for the pulpy sci fi vibe. Its got a total Danger Diablolik/Barberella thing goen on. Pretty out there book, but campy fun imo.

Nothing says that Marrow's confirmed other than that "kinda looks like Marrow" chick on the cover. At least I've not read anything stating she's on the team. Other than her though is Cable, Psylocke. and Fantomex.
SHH mentioned her. But don't think Ive read that anywere else.

In the article revealing the book, Marrow is directly mentioned. She's the fourth member.

I think USA Today says the girl is Marrow. Question is how did she get re-powered. I'm familiar with how the Terrigin mist works but once it was released in Infinity it re-powered a lot of depowered mutants including Marrow--just a guess.

Marvel really needs to quit it with all these annual relaunches of titles they just debuted

I like the looks but (a) why is Cable's arm back to full health and techy? I dropped his book after issue 2. Has that been fixed? And (b) by the looks of it, it looks like Marrow doesn't have the bones growing out of her face and that kinda sucks. Not only was it a defining look but it exemplifies her inability to control her bone growth and the feelings she harbors towards the "pretty mutants". I feel like if they do away with that they erase a big chunk of the character's personality.

Current creative team of Nova. Yellow and Blue color. I'm guessing something nova related.

Having to do with the cosmic side of things and a hammer.

Beta Ray Bill?

The colors make me think the return of Richard Rider, but the Hammer part wouldn't make sense. Then again, the Ms. teaser was green and had nothing to do with what it ended up being. So I'm going to say Beta Ray Bill is coming to Nova.

Then again, Thor has hit double digits now. Surely it's time for a relaunch!

:awesome:

Gold for Iron Man and Blue for Captain Marvel. Its gonna be a series about the two getting hammered....literally LOL

It could be an Iron Man, Captain America, Thor book. Like the Marvel Trinity.

Rumor is it has to do with a new arc for the Nova series.

So I guess X-Force is becoming one title again and relaunching with Cable, Psylocke, Fantomex and Marrow. Good. Too many X books and no need for two X-Force. I dig that team. Add Dom and we are set.

Haha, guess I'll be going from 2 X-Force books to 0.

bleeding cool guessed at Deadpool, I assume because Duggan's writing it...?

A DP/Thor team up book could be pretty hilarious

JH guessed it right, Beta Ray Bill is gonna be in Nova. Gerry Dugan says Bill looks like a zombie Thor...I thought he always looked kinda like a horse-face Thor?

Was it always just you or was Corp into him as well?

Two years after its initial release, it looks like some of the seemingly forgotten plot points introduced in Marvel Comics' November 2011 "Point One" one-shot may be primed for a payoff.

"Don't be surprised if we come back to that story at some point in the near future," Marvel's Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso teased when discussing the one-shot's Watcher framing sequence in a 2011 edition of Axel-In-Charge, and this week, that friendly advice appears to be coming to fruition. Retailers have begun receiving a postcard from Marvel, featuring the chalk outline of The Watcher, bloody smears where his eyes would be, and the date of May 2014. While no creators are named on the card and there is no signature, CBR has confirmed with a Marvel spokesperson that it is a legitimate Marvel mailer, designed as an early promotional tool for next summer's big event.

In the "Point One" framing sequence by Ed Brubaker and Javier Pulido, a pair of space-suited figures crept around a slumbering Uatu, The Watcher as they caught glimpses of stories and events yet to come, including "Avengers vs. X-Men," the debut of Sam Alexander as Nova, the return of the Scarlet Spider and the reality-altering "Age of Ultron." The issue ended with the duo scurrying away from Uatu's home as the slumbering giant began to awaken, closing with the threat that someone or something called The Unseen would soon kill the Watcher, "and all of his secrets will be ours."

UPDATE: CBR News has learned that Jason Aaron and Mike Deodato Jr. are the creative team for the as-yet unnamed event. Marvel comics would not comment when approached for confirmation.

I thought Rick Remender was on deck to write the next event? Maybe he still is and Marvel is still going the dual event per year route....?

I assumed that Hickman this was going to be the second Hickman event of his Avengers run due to Iron man finding a dead looking Living Tribunal in New Avengers. I feel like there should be a connection.
