Why the hell wouldn't you just do everyone's loyalty missions? They are some of the best stories and parts of the game. Not to mention the achievements associated with their missions, in several cases during the final mission, someones loyalty isn't just about their survival but can affect other team members.

You've got 2 weeks till ME 3, that's plenty of time to do all the loyalty missions.

He works well with a renegade Shep, but I'm playing as myself this time. The choices are what I would choose, so it's a mix of stuff, but mostly paragon, unless someone is really pissing me off. I would not be able to handle knowing someone like Zaeed.

I liked Zaeed. I mean, I didn't love him, but I respected him as a character. I mean, he's a merc, basically worked as a criminal. He's not going to be all cuddly and soft on the inside, he's hard edged inside and out. I think it's important to have a character like to. He's like Jayne from Firefly, but less 'comic reliefy'.

I wanted to do the same thing Speed, but then I had a character where Mordin died and I couldn't live with that. Replayed the mission so he could live.

So all my various sheps will have the same people pretty much lol. I think one character had Jacob and Grunt die, but that's my limit. I'm too attached.

My friend is going through his first playthrough now and he keeps asking me stuff about WHO he should help for the final mission etc and I just ended up saying "Dude, It's Mass Effect... Just ****ing play EVERYTHING!"

As for your 'death' based playthrough, maybe you could take a few lessons from this Shepard?

The Zaeed hate astounds me as well. I think he's great. Probably my favorite human besides Jack.

The Zaeed hate is one reason why this series is so great though... It really can be anything to anyone. Everyone's Shepard is unique and each player would naturally feel stronger inclinations towards different characters.

I never let him die. But when I put him on the secondary team, on the suicide mission, he didn't make it.

What a weakling.

I just realized how close to the end of the game I am in Mass effect 2 because I only have two squad member spots left. It's Thane and Legion.

So I'm devising the plan of who's loyalty missions I will do, and I think I'm going to base doing them on the expediency of their nature and whether I want them to live. Miranda's mission is very urgent, because her sister needs to be moved. Morinth is serious psycho and needs to be stopped. Jacobs father has been on that planet for years, a few more days or weeks won't change that, and I'll do it if he survives. Mordin needs to save his old assistant, and I really don't want him to die. Tali's is sort of urgent and I don't want her to die. Garrus' isn't urgent, but I don't want him to die. Kasumi's isn't urgent, so her fate will be left to chance. Legion's isn't urgent, and I probably won't have time before my crew gets taken. Thane's is urgent and some one's life is on the line, so I'll do his. Jacks isn't urgent at all. Grunt and Zaeed can go **** themselves.

Aw, but Kasumi and her loyalty mission are both such fun. I've found you really can't go wrong with the inclusion of a heist mission in pretty much any game.

I already stated that I'd go after vido cause that's what my Shepard promised zaeed
and my Shepard's a paragon . Lucky for me my paragon points were high enough. thank you imports. So zaeeds alive as I've already stated this a page ago.

It seems like all the best stuff just comes from the N7 Collectors edition. All the pre-order stuff I've seen seems pretty ordinary... Inflatable omniblades, avatar items etc

Well you are getting a 10 dollar DLC pack with it, so the other 10 bux is basically gonna be like art and junk.

Im getting the N7 edition because, well, because i just am.

This insanity mission is a little easier with my Dragon Armor. As much as I wish you could take the helmet off, it still gives me another couple of seconds of defense to my shields/health.
