Sorry to here that. I pre-ordered my from Gamestop about two months ago, as they still had the option to do so. Now I just have to make sure I get off work before midnight so I can get there a bit before midnight as to beat the line.

Oddly enough, the only other game I waited in line at midnight for and pre-ordered was Mass Effect 2. All other games I've been pretty much okay with purchasing whenever it was convenient for me to do so.

Maybe there will be guys outside the stores selling their pre-order receipts for inflated prices, like sports fans with tickets outside of football games.

i waited for ME2, Batman Arkham City, Bioshock 2(sadly), left4dead2 (sadly), and soon to be ME3.

3/5 worth it. when first started playing ME2 at midnight, i was kind of impressed, it looked like a good story with a small graphics upgrade...until i got to Omega for the first time did it really start blowing me away.

I can let you know if there are spoilers if you wish. I'm okay with little spoilers, like the identity of the DLC party member. It's the big stuff I'm adverse to, like the twists and endings.

And the answer to why no other galactic races have hair. I've been waiting for answer to that since ME1.

Good news was that I was just able to preorder it from Frys.com. $3 shipping but no tax, which isnt bad. I will just have to wait to play it. I'll check BB in stores tomorrow to see if I can preorder from there but if not I will keep it with Frys
