I'm actually glad that Jacob isn't the stereotypical, black loud guy, who talks smack. Though I do wish some of these characters would act less professional or angry. Someone with personality similar to Joker. Someone who's more fun.

Are bioware forum members angered easily?

I wouldn't do that. But someone (most likely 4chan) will, so if you don't want spoilers it would probably be best to avoid forums, specifically popular gaming one related to the game. I remember back before Portal 2 was released 4chan members spammed steam topic titles while Valve had the ARG thing to get it released early. Totally spoilt a (albeit obviose) plot twist in the game.

Why would you be rolling your eyes? It's a common 4chan tactic. When a game is about to be, or is recently released forums peak. With the DLC issue, it's almost a guarantee this will happen. And yes, I know, you are great, you have common sense... but alot of people will still end up sitting turkeys.

I obviously don't want to spoil anything for you guys, so I'll just say that I watched some of it, and it lines up exactly with the script stuff that leaked last year. I'll also say that if you're a big Mass Effect fan like I am, then you should check your expectations.

I've been keeping track of the endings at the BSN, and a lot of people are pissed beyond belief. But for some odd reason, despite the endings are the way the way they are, I feel...unphased. I'm cool with it. Does that make me a bad fan?

I love Samara. I don't have a problem with characters who aren't overtly friendly or funny or basically begging Shepard to like them in some other way. Samara's calm, collected nature is a nice contrast to some of the others on the team. Hell, if I were Shep, she'd probably be a blessing to me. Someone that self-assured can only help to keep others calm in the midst of the s***storm Shep was riding into in ME 2.

After much consideration, I've decided to keep Jacob alive. He's a boring character, but I killed Kaiden....if I kill him and then kill Vega it'll feel cliche. And I REALLY want Vega to die. If I could leave him behind on Earth to get crushed by a Reaper at the very beginning I would do it. Jacob is boring, but Vega....the design is terrible, the voice actor talentless and the whole soldier boy marine angle is played out. I'll keep Jacob alive so the first squadmate soldier boy death doesn't become my Mass Effect equivalent to a red shirt.

So instead my deaths will be Zaaed, Samara and Jack.

Kaiden and Jacob, I understand.

But...why Vega? Do we even know anything about him?

I know what my expectations are for the game itself, and the experience. But for the ending? I don't really know what my expectations are for the ending. My expectations for the whole ME3...is not about the ending.

I still don't get what's so terrible about Vega's design. He's a bulky hispanic dude who looks like a whole lot of Army and Marine dudes I've seen.

It' s the hair and the way he act's for some people who have seen jersey shore. I have no issue with him.Then again I've avoided bad tv . lol

and Freddy prince Jr did good when he was on 24. But his history with his other movies and what ever else he did prior may have turned alot of people off to him.

I'm not a fan of Prinze, Jr., although he's done some good work on Psych and, as you mentioned, 24 lately. But Vega's look hasn't really bothered me at all. Then again, you mentioned he acts like a Jersey Shore guy, which I haven't seen so far because my only exposure to him has been in the demo. Honestly, he seemed like kind of a personality-less drone in that.

I actually know many people that hated ME2's ending. Many. I'm not one of them but they exist.

If the ending us Shepard with whoever he chokeslams to be with riding off into the sunset after saving the galaxy I'd actually be fine with that.
