I got Ashley. Went to her mothers funeral. Never had to give her a gift ? But there is literally no talking with her on the Normandy between missions

well where the hell does she go after
killing udina
ive gone all over the citadel and normandy. no where to be found. i even went and did a mission on tuchanka and went back...still nothing

How?

I really want to know.

A number of things factor into it.

1. You need to keep Tali from being exiled in her Loyalty Mission in ME2.

2. You have to resolve the fight between Tali and Legion with a Paragon or Renegade dialog option in ME2.

3. You have to destroy the Geth heretics on Legions Loyalty Mission in ME2.

4. Save Admiral Koris (NOT HIS PLATOON) in ME3 on Rannoch.

5. Destroy the Geth fighters on Rannoch.

6. Have a high reputation.

7. If you rewrote the Geth Heretics, you're still ok. Just save Koris, and stop the Geth figheters and you should still be fine. Last but not least, if you are to have a chance at peace, Legion MUST be on your team in ME2. You can't sell him.

How long has it been since ME2 ? It has not even been a year. Just found out via the Dr.

like 8 months if memory serves.

More thoughts on end:

Just realized that the galaxy can still communicate with each other to a degree due to the Quantum Entanglement communicators.

And I assume this is the last we have seen of the Quarians/Krogan and the Geth.

[blackout]Thane better pull through, I can't lose two squadmates today. :(

Also, for a few minutes (when he pulled that biotic **** on top of the police cruiser), I was thinking that Kai Leng = Kaiden Alenko. Then I realized that it would have to work for Ashley was well for the 1 % of gamers who did not save her, and that would just be silly. :funny:[/blackout]

Another thought, I am damn glad I'm a soldier. I can carry as many weapons as I'd like and the only power I need be concerned about slowing down is Adrenaline Rush which I never use anyway.

I was kinda thinking that myself. As much as the endings "tied things up" there are still quite a lot of open roads, even if ME4 takes place hundreds of years later.
I would love to see more Geth, Krogan, and Quarians, but I imagine that'd take a lot writing and money to adequately work them in well and seamlessly with whatever future story there is with all the different possible outcomes for them all.

Anyway, here's hoping we do see them. I still owe Tali her house.

Believe you me, there was plenty a time when, as an Engineer, I was out of ammo in all my weapons and franticly looking for more as hell itself rained down upon me.
Especially the later missions.
I just couldn't justify carrying so many or so heavy weapons with all the powers I had at my disposal. Powers that won fights for me on more than one occasion.

All the while my squad mates have infinite ammo and refuse to share. Selfish jerks.

Vanguard all the way for me. It was such a rewarding experience in the last game and its what Im keeping my man Shep as this time around

I almost feel bad for Ashley. When we run into Mass Effect 2 characters she is like. How do you know this person ? It was funny running into Legion with her. She is like "Your on a first name basics with a Geth ?

So here's how it rates for me:

Pre-Ending - ME3, ME2, ME1

Post Ending - ME2, ME1, ME3

HA!

[blackout]Take that Udina!

Though maybe I should have kept him alive for questioning?[/blackout]

[blackout]Thane. Everyone is dying. :csad:[/blackout]

The kid did say so at the beginning.

But yeah.
At least he went down kicking ass and saving lives all while being terminally ill.

Did you play through all of Tuchunka? Coz I think she hows up after.

I finally had enough credits to buy the black widow and good god it's just as incredible... except now you get 3 shots. :awesome:

HNNNNNNGGGG, what they're saying sounds delicious! Oh the awesome stuff we'll be getting. More squad costumes, extra missions, weapons, etc. It's all so wonderful.:woot:

Oh, and I just saw, what might be the funniest moment in ME3. Drunk Tali, hilarious. What do you guys think was the funniest moment?

eeeemeeeergency iiiiinduction PORT :hehe:

At first I thought my ending sucked But I'm cool with it now!

I think the whole [BLACKOUT] crew magically transporting to the Normandy and then crashing on some alien planet [/BLACKOUT] casts a real sour note on the experience and considering how narrative focused ME as a series has been that the game sort of stumbles in this rather drastic way is super disappointing.

When ME1 and ME2 finished I was completely excited and for the most part this game totally had me on board until the very last 2-3 minutes. It delivers in a LOT of ways, which is why I made the distinction.

Now, I am not saying this is objectively the worst game because it's not. It does a LOT of things better than its predecessors and for the most part I had a blast. This is really the only time that I've really cried during a video game on multiple occasions no less. But just that I closed off my experience feeling slightly frustrated is a real shame.

Plus, keep in mind that the worst Mass Effect is still better than 90% of everything hahah. That was the laziest part of the ending when I read the spoilers and I can see how it would sour an overall opinion.

does garrus actually say the whole quote from the launch trailer? (You were born to do this blah blah)
