The last Pittsburgh threads were full of great vids and pics of chases and the new Batwing, am I right in thinking this so far has been 400+ posts of nothing?

Raganork does that all the time. I'd swear he was Jett. I personally have come across BIG info over these past few months, and I was instantly prepared to post here that very minute (and did).

Common courtesy is all that's being asked. Most people don't mind casual spoiler material, but they would certainly be more hesitant of large plot reveals or the ending, for example.

I think it came from Rocketman who found out about it from an extra who apparently was (or will be?) in the scene.

yeah but who gets to be the arbiter of what someone else might find as a large spoiler? and really do you want to have to click the spoiler tag on every post where someone mentions something spoilery in a thread. it kind of defeats the purpose of having a spoiler and non spoiler thread does it not?

It's like going to a strip bar and demand they all wear bikini tops all the time when you could just go to the beach.

I never got the "But it's the spoiler forum! It's for spoilers!" Spoiler tags are for spoilers too.

Clicking a button to read a post is much less of an inconvenience than having a plot point in a movie ruined for you or having people mad at you for ruining a plot point for them. Nobody posts in the non-spoiler forum, so naturally people are going to make the move over here for discussion. Spoiler tags should be a common courtesy.

The tagged spoilers that you mentioned were all just speculation as far as I am aware. I don't remember them ever being concretely confirmed.

The good thing about all of the stuff that we've seen in Pittsburgh, as well as India and the UK I suppose is that we still really don't know a whole heck of a lot in the grand scheme of things. Sure, we've seen parts of a scene here and there, but they are just small pieces to the puzzle. I still feel like I know relatively nothing, plot-wise.

I haven't read anything else other than it was an old man who did it. That rumor was also posted on IMDB (I think?) before Rocketman posted it.

Are you hearing something similar? Is that what they shot today?

ETA: Dragon posted the same rumor a few days earlier. He said it came from NeoGaf.

meh I think it's just an excuse for people who want to shirk personal responsibility for spoiling themselves. 99% of the complainers would click a spoiler tag anyway. want to discuss the film without restraints? this is the place. Want to keep away from spoilers? stay in the non spoiler section. it's why it's there.
