This actually makes a lot of sense. With all the snow scenes, and Christmas time going on in the movie, a Summer 2012 and then either Winter 2012 or Winter 2013 for the next movie would be fitting.

it would probably cement the Nolan Batman films as the highest grossing superhero movie franchise for a long time too.

I am very confused by this word logic or I'm just over thinking it. Wasn't MOS always planned for Dec of 2012 but now its moved to June 2013? So if it was initially suppose to be a combo in the summer wouldn't they have just put MOS in summer of 2013 in the first place.

When you later say "Then Superman got pushed back a year" which it did to 2013, that makes it sound like that destroyed the plan but then that would be perfect if they had a Part 2 in 2013 for TDKR.

I'm just confused on which dates your referring to the respective movie dates.

Well I'm allowed to have an opinion on the info. I'm not going to straight out believe everything they say, but I do want to hear what they have to say. I appreciate Rangork telling us this, but I don't believe it will be split into two films. Even Rangork said that nothing was definitive. I'm more interested in the Catwoman news.

Apparently it's not something that was known BEFORE hand. This idea came up during production, so it's not keeping it a secret as much as it is; WB hasn't said a word about this film yet.


I recall Wally saying that there would be a trouble getting the film done in the time allotted.

I don't know either way but, I'm keeping the option open.

The fact that it was heard by others only makes me consider it more.
