Scraggy is a funny Pokémon, I'm glad Ash caught him.

WOW! Actual Team Rocket Grunts fighting too! And Giovann fighting! OK, that was a cool episode even though there were some similar plotlines to the Team Aqua/Magma stuff.

I must say, though. Giovanni felt so crazy at first, even before getting controlled by that mirror. It's like he just wanted so much power! Also, it's cool that Team Plasma haven't revealed themselves yet - so unlike the game.

So I guess it's over, then. Team Rocket fleeing back to Kanto. I wonder if they'll ever disband.

Getting back on topic (Rogue Agent feel free to continue commenting on B/W) I think its time we talked about fan favorites....as fan favorite Pokémon!

So from the beginning of the series to the end of the Orange Islands what was your favorite Pokémon that was a part of Ash and crews team? I know we have a lot of Charizard fans out there and deservedly so but let's be creative. For example:

Two of my favorites were from the Orange Islands. Snorlax and Lapras. Lapras was one of the Pokémon that had a huge character arc in the series and it really worked. I was so sad to see her leave at the end.

And then there was Snorlax. This Pokémon defied everything you thought you knew about the Pokémon. He was tough, he was quick, HE COULD SWIM!!!! I bet you he could beat Michael Phelps in a race if he wanted to. Snorlax was awesomesauce.

So who are your favorites? Remember they have to have been caught by Ash, Misty, Brock or Tracy.

Yeah true but look at what Red did in the games. Nah, just kidding though. So, BTW, who's Red's rival? Sometimes I've heard he's called Green and sometimes Blue. So what's he called - Green or Blue?

So, I don't remember much but my faves were Muk and Tauros. I don't want to include Pikachu and Charizard 'cos they're my obvious choices. So, Muk and Tauros.

But did we really see Muk in action much? I remember Tauros having action in the Orange Islands and there's many of them I just liked these a lot and Muk was great. I liked Squirtle too but I think Tauros was my fave. But the ones I mentioned don't really have long arcs, except perhaps Squirtle.

Oh, I liked Togepi too.

Muk was in that battle I mentioned in the Indigo Plateau aside from that not much. Tauros only had one or two battles as well.

Squirtle is awesome no doubt, he was the original Pokémon with shades, he kept them in his shell for seasons unknown to us until one day he reached in and pulled them back out.

Togepi was cool too.

Yeah good point on Muk and Tauros. Squirtle was a gangsta. The Pokemon you mentioned had more developed arcs, though, so I like your choices better.

I guess Alder whipping Trip seemed to change his attitude and now he's so kind lol. I wonder how that'll last.

Yeah I couldn't believe it either. I honestly was scared for Ash when I heard about it.

Wow, so Ash beat Trip by combining 2 of Pikachu's moves?! I guess Pikachu uses his tail when he uses Electro Ball and Iron Tail, so he just combined both moves and destroyed Serperior in one go? That was new haha. I like it but only if Ash combines other similar moves in the future too since he gained this new knowledge otherwise this was just for shock value or a one-off bout of creativity. What did you think of this?

I was scared too/ If Ash lost the match I wouldn't be dissatisfied either. I liked the end result for this anyway, but I hope it adds to Ash's knowledge and isn't just something one-off.

The funny thing is this isn't the first time Ash has gotten creative with his Pokémon. In Sinnoh he came up with an entirely new technique called Countershield. He used it with Pikachu and Buziel where they used their elements (electricity and water) and created a type of shield that stopped attacks before they hit. He doesn't use it now (because of the mind wipe) but I hope he sticks with this.

I was 50/50 on the match. I really thought Ash was going to lose but then he pulled out that technique and......eh. I was mad because Serperior hadn't taken an attack all match but one mega attack and it's done. I don't know. The match that comes next is epic though so you'll like it.

Poor Bianca. I hated seeing her lose like that.

Oh, he's uses that kind of creative stuff before? I see. I only remember the Electric Armour thing in the Hoenn Saga. I think coming up with these left-field strategic attacks is just the thing that a trainer needs to become a full-fledged Pokemon Master, in addition to winning everything and collecting everything. So yeah, I too hope that he uses this kind of stuff again.

So I liked the match, it's just that I'm not sure how I feel about this right now. If the future episodes has nothing like this, then I won't like this victory all that muc and I'll only like it 'cos Ash beat Trip. But right now I find it cool.

And yeah, I'm on the Stefan and Ash match - I'm sure you mean this one. Can't wait But poor Bianca indeed.

Time for some salt. Anyone want to speculate what would've happened in the cancelled Team Rocket vs Team Plasma arc?

No idea. I liked what they had actually with Correlis and Meowth and showing Team Rocket not wanting Plasma to win so that was cool.

What would you have wanted to see?

Stefan and that other kid vs' Ash was pretty awesome, I'll say that.

What? No Team Rocket vs. Team Plasma?

Also, Jessie and James are back to their old tricks again. Sigh.

Yeah they were great, even though I saw the Lucario evolution coming I was still surprised when it happened. So mad Ash lost there I wanted him to fight Team Eevee and lose there, oh well.

Oh and Team Rocket vs. Team Plasma is coming, he meant that another storyline featuring them was cut, keep watching it'll happen.

So, Cheren's already a gym leader and Bianca's still travelling? I guess they're mixing things up so that's cool. Damn that overconfident Oshawott lol. Also, it's nice to finally see N but I guess everyone will face off against Neo Team Plasma and not the original Team Plasma.

Actually it is Team Plasma, they just made the story a little different.

Ah I see. Well, that's nice to hear. That's always a good thing. And yeah, Lucario rocks!

So, finally. Team Plasma and Ghetsis! Hope to see more of them a lot since they ramp my interest up.

EDIT: Whoa! N's working against Team Plasma? Damn, I havent played B/W 2 yet.
