Hell yeah. McFarlane style Lizard rocks. He did one of the great-looking Lizards, IMHO. I just don't want to see the naked, half-ass iguana/GINO-looking Lizard at all. I prefer the old man-beast look...with the snout.

well, id like the lizard, but really i just wish the movie would come out sooner,we got the rest of this year, all next year,ALL the next year,and then about half of the next year............when u stop....and think........that just seems soooooooooo long, and it feels its just getting longer...........

Iksar lizardman from the upcoming Everquest 2 game.

The Iksar are pretty cool looking, but their snouts are too blunt and I'm not crazy about the stubby horns on their heads. The look is fine for a fantasy lizardman, but the Lizard should be more sleek.

Yeah, I agree. That torn orange vest Ultimate Lizard wears just doesn't compare as a trademark to the ol' white labocat.

Not to mention that big fin both the Ultimate and MTV Lizards have on their backs still bugs me.

But I do really like Ultimate Lizard's lean, more wirey and reptillian body frame.

Spider-man 3 will probably bring the birth of the lizard, as I see, Electro will probably be the new villian.

My guess is Electro, and maybe the GG 2.

At the very end of S-M3, we see Dr. Conners transformation. His right lizard hand reaching up over the Lab table, then end titles.

Lizzy is the best choice for the next villain, next to Gobby 2.

Curt Connors was introduced in Spidey 2, so we can assume he will be back in some form for the third film. Venom would be exciting, but maybe difficult to pull off, and would need the whole film to himself, rather than sharing it with Harry Osborn, unless the movie is longer...

Obviously, there will be two villains due to the film needing a year longer than the previous two to be made, and it should be the Lizard, purely 'cos he would look cool and is more of a predator, hunting Spidey, rather than using mind tricks and knowledge like the Green Goblin would.
