No it isn't. The previous one (by danoyse) was taken in the daylight and at a different angle (Wolverine can be seen). This new pic was taken at night with a better view of Storm.

Some of the posters I've seen in NYC are starting to be replaced. The huge one I saw on a building as my train was coming out of the tunnel from Penn Station into NJ is gone - replaced by Ice Age 2. Also, the ones of Storm and Wolverine high up on the building at 50th Street and 7th Avenue (Storm on one side and Wolverine on the other) are also gone - replaced by two advertisement posters (couldn't tell what they were).
