I respect that Nolan doesn't want to show the Joker in respect to Heath Ledger, and I have no problems with that. At the end of the day, however, the Joker is a bigger character than any actor. We don't have to see him, per se, but I hope Nolan won't purposefully shy away from mentioning him either.

I guess we'll never really know if the Joker was intended for the trilogy or not, huh?

Love Bruce in the restaurant scene! Both with the smirky, charming playboy persona and the way he realizes Harvey Dent might be his key to a normal life.

I think he'd be too old, but I think in the 90's absolutely.

Nic Cage for Superman is a stupid choice though. The guys a fantastic actor, despite his numerous lousy films. You give him a role like Joker and witness the greatness.
