No....I don't......I don't think anyone said "****" or "booze".

whoa... that is freaking weird. i actually had quoted people talking about it in the tusi...then the connection reset thing happened about 10 times...and somehow its posted in here.

Hmm.. this lag might turn out entertaining.

I hope Evan Stone reprises his role as The Riddler from the 60s version.

completely forgot her name... that pic was from a few years back.

Indeed.
I bet the pitchforks belonging to the mob in this thread over that ridiculous article were lowered briefly when they saw that Tusi post.

What kind of parent pretentiously names their child Devin anyways?

(Advanced apologies to anyone named Devin or with children named Devin)
:(

Every bit of this is evidence that we need TDKR news post-haste.

You guys are overtly emotional about Devin articles.

This argument over Devin's article is still going on? Jesus.

He doesn't bash TDK. He doesn't bash TDKR. He isn't even a Nolan hater (go read his Inception review. He praises the crap out of it). He has an opinion and chose to express it partly, I think, to gauge the Batman fanbase reaction. See, Devin has a theory that Batman fans are kind of crazy and overly defensive, often times thinking that anybody who doesn't totally love TDK is a hater.

I know that isn't true at all. Hell, I love TDK but it is by no means a perfect film, let alone a perfect Batman film (but it's close). So please, guys...stop proving Devin right.

That's 100% true right there in bold. Most of them are raving, rabid biased children. That's why I don't post that often in here anymore, I don't want to be grouped up with the fools.

Honestly, I don't see why anyone would hate TDK, lol. Some people are haters on purpose, because it's "cool".

No one should ever actually hate a film. It's an inanimate ****ing object! :D

But to say you can't see why someone would have problems with TDK is just being the very definition of small minded and fanatical.

And besides, Feraci doesn't seem to actually be criticising TDK in this article, so i really can't quite fathom what all the hoopla is about. It's bizarre, but honestly, not really that surprising.

Can we please move to discussing something else? :D

And like every month that big push is next month, so expect the poster in August.

What's with you guys? Marketing for movies shouldn't be thrown at our faces at the last minute.. yes, waiting until June to start pushing the film is last minute. There should be a nice, steady flow of images, press releases, articles over the course of a few months leading up to the film. We still haven't gotten an official plot synopsis, we still haven't gotten a third poster, we barely have 12 images from the film. Enough with the, "there's still plenty of time!" talk. A synopsis should have been released months ago and the third poster with the third trailer. Every interview is the same story, "Bane is big and bad! This is the last Batman movie! Chris Nolan wants everything to come full circle!" We all get that, that's telling us nothing about our most anticipated movie. Them throwing pictures, tv spots, posters in our face in June is going to be overwhelming.

If this movie makes a penny less than anyone here expects of it... you will all criticise the marketing.

''They are brilliantly biding their time... the storms coming. It genius''

...will become...

''Thats what happens when your coy with marketing. They shoulda laid it on thicker much earlier.'' :funny:

Truthfully... I think TDKR has its target audience primed and ready to go, but the general public may need a little broader persuasion.

EDIT: DAMN THIS LAG!!
