I heard the score leaked? When is it suppose to be officially available I wanna hear it.

I don't know about any leaks, but the score is available to purchase as of midnight last night (EDT).

I think it's good. Danny Elfman did about a third of the tracks, and you can definitely heard his "sound" in those.

From what I hear, no, too bad I already bought my tickets.
alright, well, thanks, your post was my final deciding factor so i've preordered 2 regular tickets.

i signed up with fandango vip (i hope it's 100% free) and they gave me 7 free digital comics.

The 3D hurts my eyes on top of already wearing glasses as well so, 2D for me.
3D has never hurt my eyes, Crayola had a set of florescent markers years ago that had these glasses that had TINY little prisms in the lenses much like the movie glasses that push cold colors like blue back and warm colors like red and yellow foreword.
I worked out a way for a color blind friend to see 3d because the old Red and Blue glasses make the old 3d comics all muddy. :D

You guys have gotta see this. lol

They're right about that though. TDW does start to seem like a fantastic movie after you see Hulk. lol

I'm still super pumped to see this bad boy despite the reviews! I have this gut feeling I'm going to enjoy the hell out of it, flaws and all.

I am too!!! I rarely read reviews, unless it's you people. I KNOW most of what happens between the Spoiler thread and the young reader's novel lol

for those of you who missed the earlier post of the Standee at the Theater here

Some guy on cbm is using a gif from the final battle as his avatar -_- saw an awesome vision shot I wish I had waited to see.

I feel the same way. I'm super excited to see it Sunday. I just got my ticket today. Its sitting in the 70s right now on RT, that doesn't mean its a train wreck of a movie at all. Besides, just because critics don't like it, doesn't mean its not a good cbm. Look at The Wolverine. I love it, yet I believe its in the 60s.

I try and stay away from the site due to spoilers, and not to mention sometimes it just feels really negative over there.

I love the flaws!

Just got from seeing it the first time. Here's my short review spoiler free. It's in spoiler tags for the ones who want to see the movie with no kind of preformed opinions:

the film felt rushed, uninspired, had too much jumbled action and, more importantly, lacked a voice and a theme.

The worst things in the movie

Ultron's origins is too fast, too complex, too preposterous and too attached to the infinity stones

Too many oneliners, not enough dialogue

Actors didn't rehearse sh** and were drifting the whole movie.

Conclusion: This movie suffered because of all the money, hype, the overbearing need to complexify and not enough time in editing.

The first Avengers could be made into a theater piece because it had structure and dialogue with meaning between the characters. This movie had none of those things.

5/10

Would Ultron's creation make more sense and be easier to understand his creation if you read/have read the comics? I haven't seen the film btw, so don't spoil it please.

No, you don't have to read the comics to understand its origins story. But they should have made it more close to the comics. It's just more simple and interesting. Especially the sneaky and secretive side of him, lurking in the shadows. This was a just a mess, a big mess

Damn, I'm just so disappointed [BLACKOUT]because this movie, with all the jumbling and quick cuts, feels like a big ass trailer[/BLACKOUT]

I can't see an Extended cut either but it would be GREAT since they cut about an hour of film out

I wouldn't bet that they will release the extended cut because that extended cut of three hours doesn't have music soundtrack and the proper sound effects and special effects.

If there were to be an extended cut, it would be a later version, like 2h40m.

But, imo, that wouldn't resolve the movie's issues. Whedon tried to do a different kind of movie. The first one was much similar to Whedon's style with the buffy, firefly series and with the serenity movie. But with AoU, he just tried a different approach, with much more quick pace and adlibbing. It just doesn't suit his script. That's why, imo, he failed overall.
