It is from AoU, but the shot of Tony is from IM3 concept art. Just like the Hulk/Widow concept art, in which the Hulk is from the Avengers.

Tony's image is actually from IM3 concept art. They insert that image into this new art.

It is the same with the Hulk/Widow art. The Hulk image is from Avengers concept art.

I don't think that the image of Tony is exactly copied from IM3 art. But then again, I don't give a **** if it is. It. Does. Not. Matter.

It might not be fine if the hair itself does not look natural. If the texture and flow doesn't work. You can of course disagree, but if it doesn't make an appearance I won't.

Joss did it before with Spike, I fail to see how it magically wouldn't look right on ATJ. Especially since I've already seen how that would look.

The most I would expect is a post-credit scene. But considering Thor 3 is probably not going to be seen until 2017, I hightly doubt that.
