Maybe after the downfall of SHIELD they are setting up the "Initiative". The loyal SHIELD agents are being folded in along with new recruits and obviously more supes. Awesome.

if we will have an academy I hope Hill is the one who is running it. Tony is funding, Cap can give some hand to hand combat training. Hulk can teach anger management. Widow can teach them how to lie

I assume the Academy will be setup partly for Agents of SHIELD too? Perfect idea to have a spot where recruits can be while the heroes are away.

Would make sense for that since the season finale of AoS would be around the release date for AoU. Considering Whedon's brother and sister-in-law run AoS, I'm sure they have things planned out to tie-in to AoU.

Also, loving the rumors/possible sightings of Iron Patriot and Falcon being on set.

Nah, but still man… this is amazing. It's starting to feel huge, but I've got so much mad faith in my heart that Joss knows exactly how to use everyone. The roles might be smaller, but so long as what the characters' points are in the story is clear, I think this could be amazing.

Really looks like the MCU's going to be fleshed out even more. And I love it.

There was a tweet that suggested Britt's filming with Evans. Since it's already been established that Trip's granddad is a Commando, this makes so much sense. I'd love it if they confirmed Peggy did marry Gabe Jones.

I suspected that the lack of diversity that was noticeable in the first Avengers film was going to be fixed, but this soon? I had though for sure Avengers 3.

As great as Avengers 1 is, AOU feels like Joss was finally able to just unleash his comic book geek love on a bigger budget with the freedom he didnt quite have in the first (due to noone knowing how it would turn out). This is going to be an all out Marvel/Avengers Extravaganza.
