That Arkham suit design is a pretty good representation of how it would probably look in real life, and it's cool but I really hope they go the Noel suit route. The batsymbol may not have to be THAT big but I think it works in terms of maybe being a shield against bullets to the heart, tactical. And the short ears sound more like the suit that Snyder is rumored to have settled on.

Different strokes...I'll take the Arkham Asylum/City suit over the Noel suit (tweaks or not) any day.

It's been suggested before but I was just thinking they should release the suits May 14th (estimated season finale of Arrow)

Especially since shooting starts on the 19th

As close as we are to filming now I feel the same way. I think we will either get the first pic(s) a day or two in advance of filming or just after filming starts.

It's been a while since I posted a pic... I'm over due! I like this suit enough... it's not what I'd consider a dream suit, but I would certainly consider it better than what we've seen on screen so far...

Got lazy and didn't make a background for it, but hey what'd'ya gonna do!

they revealed the cavill pic a couple of days before they started principle photography. if we get it it'll be around the time they start shooting since we're sure to get some snaps of the costumes on site. if they save the reveal for comic con, i'd hazard to say we wouldn't get much more than that regarding anything dccu related.

I'm wondering, though, that since Affleck isn't quite there physically yet, if they're not going to shoot around his scenes in the beginning of production while he trains. If that's the case, they don't have to worry about the public getting set photos. Unfortunately, that would probably push back our reveal, too.

I'm wondering, though, that since Affleck isn't quite there physically yet, if they're not going to shoot around his scenes in the beginning of production while he trains. If that's the case, they don't have to worry about the public getting set photos. Unfortunately, that would probably push back our reveal, too.

We havent seen many good pictures of Affleck to say whether or not he is "there". Besides a lot can be done in a month especially when it comes to cutting weight.

I am a firm believer that we will see pics of the "Batsuit" prior to them filming.. Not sure if it will be a glorious reveal of the entire suit? Or a tease of a partial shot so we get an idea of the design, and the source material that their inspiration was based off? These films ALWAYS show something before the camera phones have a chance to exploit the costumes these days.. But knowing the release date is so far away? It will be interesting to say the least.

This I agreee with all the way. Studios are getting wiser and wiser to people with camera phones and don't like to risk their reveals coming at the hands of crappy lighting and a poor camera phone shot.

Snyder knows how to hype...they'll hit us all when no one's expecting them.

i don't think it'll matter. with photoshop you can accomplish wonders. he's not so far off that he'd look absolutely terrible. i would imagine given that wilkinson will be heading to detroit in a day or two, it's likely that they'll be prepping for that if they haven't taking the pictures yet. affleck's got about 6 weeks till shooting begins.
