It's insane the level of debate going on about a completely pointless detail.
Were you around for the "blurple" debate with TDKRises?

This is child's play.

When they say the colors are a bit off, I'm inclined to think that means a slight difference in shade or hue, maybe brightened intentionally to highlight the finer details. I have a hard time believing, or understanding, why they would flat-out change the color of certain features altogether. They would had had the real suits as a frame of reference, would they not?

I could be wrong of course. Thanks for the info.

Yes I think it means so too, the whole shade/hue is slightly off because the entire statue is fiberglass and not foam latex, fabric, resin parts, urethane parts etc as the screen used suits are. I have no idea whether there are any more bronze or not other than the belt. We'll see for sure when we get better pics of the screen used suit I guess.

I still remember the debate over The Joker saying "Six" or "Ten" in TDK. Talk about mind numbing.

You mean, you not "we." You'll catch up.

No I say "we" because there are no clear images of the entire suit to show whether there are any more bronze areas or not other than on the belt.

Or you can just look several pages back or so.

Ok. Well, I see a bronze knuckle on the thumbs matching the bronze on the belt. If it was black it would blend more with the gloves. It's also visible in the the trailer, it appears to match the belt there too.

Cool, what trailer is that exactly?

Might be just me but if you look closely it stands out like the belt, just like in the pic of the full suit in the batcave.

Uhhhhh, so I'm seeing black.

Am I doing it wrong?

Probably, but you don't have to be an ass about it.

You can clearly see the knuckle standing out. As it does in the batcave photo. Doesn't look like the black on the gloves.

Just something I whipped up real quick.

Thought it looked pretty cool.

Still think I lean towards Keaton's suit.

I'm laughing, trust me!

I'm glad you're having fun. That's what it's all about.

I cranked up the contrast a bit on the trailer picture. I think the comparison is better now. Looks bronze to me.

I've been saying this since the trailer came out. I have no doubt there is some brass on thos knuckles.

Maybe Batman's knuckles are black in the reveal vid cause he has yet to chip the paint off punching Jared Leto's metal grill, lol

I just think it depends on the lighting.

It was a good suit, and I respect your opinion, but come on..."that's gold Jerry, gold!!"

This is what you're actually seeing

through lot's of film editing and filters.

Steel reflects light too *GASP*

But again, that is a fiberglass statue, the whole thing is plastic. In the context of the movie they will be steel, but in real life they're not. They're either resin or urethane knuckles.

It's amazing how close we actually got overall compared to a quick manip I did way back when...

That's the suit we are getting in the movie, minus the proportions like has been said a million and 50 times now. This display is on the OFFICIAL WB tour. Use logic.

Just so we are clear. You do not see a hint of brass/gold color in the knuckles at all?
