I instantly fell in love with this look at first sight LMAO. I can't believe nobody ever did something like this before and it's as simple as a ridiculous amount of hair covering his features. Brilliant.

Yep, same here. I'm a touch worried he'll write Superman as a bit too much of a goober - not like Star Lord, but the "Big Galoot" quote was an eyebrow raiser for me - but I would be over the moon at Gunn doing something that still has a bit of Donner Clark to it. Especially because Corenswet's biggest asset is that he's very, very funny.

Clark is a Hobbit now?! Just like his supersuit, I'm mixed on the look. It's definitely not what we're used to, but it IS a helluva disguise and it's certainly different. I DO like how awkward he already looks and the body language totally sells it. Eager to see how it all comes together!

Potential logistical issue: how does he style his hair when changing from Superman back to Clark???

At first glance I was like "WTF" and worked instantly. I really do feel that's one helluva simple; but clever way for Clark to blend in. Makes total sense.

I said it yesterday: I hope they go all in with the Clark/Superman dichotomy. Superman's secret identity is such a fun, absurd premise. Why not have fun with it? Let Clark be a big clumsy nerd. That's the way to sell it IMO.

He looks naturally hilarious as well. I can laugh at this without knowing I'm doing so..in a good and complimentary way without forced humor. I can see what JG is going for.

The fact David has such a gigchad cornfed beefcake white boy face makes the dumb curly hair look so painfully obviously like a Halloween costume disguise that it is somehow both more convincing as a secret identity than the usual Clark look while also being so silly looking that I find it deeply charming.
