Is that a darker suit or is the cape blocking that much light? The belt looks way thinner. Didnt Gunn just tweet he wouldn't film any big spoilers out in the public?

It's just the lighting. Very strong sunlight casts very dark shadows. It's not a different suit. The suit in these photos still has the "new" neckline. The belt only looks "thinner" because the top edge is cast in shadow and is blending into the blue. If you look at the lower edge of the belt it sticks out far from the trunks.

You can see the same strong shadows in the photo of Gunn and Will Reeve as well.
