Also looks like he is checking a device (Phone? Tracking device?) similar to the one he's checking in that scene with the pet store/possible Krypto
That was exactly the same thought I had. Although what Krypto is doing at the pet store keeps me scratching my head...
This is interesting. Could be big spoilers Tuesday!

Side note, that guy sounds like kind of a tool. “Give us free access or we’ll deliberately spoil your movie! Behold our power!!!” :whatever: But being a tool is par for the course with paps, I guess.
If that pap is right, I would put my money on Tuesday being the third act rematch with the unmasked Man in Black. Probably involving a second guy in a Superman suit with dots on his face.

Krypto in a pet store is such a Gunn thing to do which is why I didn't even question it lol
I totally see Krypto as something Gunn would be drawn to. I'm just wondering how he got there. I mean I can't see Clark dropping him off for grooming as I assume he would break their shears? I saw a theory on Reddit that this Krypto is the product of animal testing for the suspected Superman clone, which make a lot of sense.

Maybe Lois, Supes, and/or Terrific found a dog at a LexCorp testing facility while investigating the frame-up. They drop it off at a shelter for adoption or something. After Terrific realizes the Man in Black is a Supes clone, he figures the dog has powers and goes to get him because he needs his powers to rescue Superman. Hence the difficulty he seems to be having convincing Krypto to fly or something and his desperate use of dog treats. It's all new for the dog. :funny:

And to be honest, Krypto being a rescue pet seems way more Clark than some magical Kryptonian dog.

Do you write? That was actually really good and I hope that's accurate!

I'm really digging the general vibe of the film that we're getting from the set pics so far, but I've felt a little underwhelmed whenever I see Ultraman's name mentioned, and now it seems like a confirmed deal. Superman fighting Kryptonians or villains with his same power set has become a bit of a pet peeve of mine... one of the big cons of S&L's first season and MAWS's final arc, imo. I trust Gunn's story instincts, but it'd be cool if Ultraman was minor and they were cooking something with a more interesting/original bad guy.

Yeah, the whole “hero fights villain with the same powers” cliche is really getting tired. I can already see how the Pitch Meeting will go.

Though one thing interesting with Ultraman is how (at least with some versions of him) he gains more powers with each exposure to Kryptonite. So while I’m sure he’ll have some of the same powers as Superman, perhaps he’ll evolve to have other ones that Superman doesn’t have and that could make the battles more interesting. Maybe the final battle consists of him holding a piece of Kryptonite and kicking the crap out of Supes, only to realize that he’s essentially overdosing on it and it destroys him in the end.

The Cincinnati Enquirer says they're shutting down a portion of the Lytle Tunnel on July 18 for Superman filming. They also mentioned the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal being closed for a private event next Thursday but could not confirm if it was for Superman.

"Twisters" has opened in the UK, some who have seen it say it is what you would expect, but good. It opens worldwide on the 17 and in the US on the 19th. David is on screen for about 10-15 minutes. Because it opens Friday I assume we won't be seeing David on a press tour for it, also probably not for "Lady in the Lake", so not again until next May or so for press for Superman. His imdm page doesn't have anything else lined up, but I am sure he will want to take some time off for rest.
