I really can't believe that filming starts today. I can't wait to see the set pictures you guys can manage to take, I remember being so psyched when I first saw the Scarecrow in the parking lot, because some brave forumer was crouching in the dirt and sneaking photographs. Brilliant

Some serious parkour action will be going down in a couple months.

I'd love a parkour scene where the guy keeps out running Batman and right when he makes his "victory" run/jump BOOM! Batman pops out of the darkness and pwns the jumping jackrabbit like Scott Stevens hitting Paul Kariya.

In light of the grey haired Bale pics;

We will be introduced to the Lazarus Pits because Bruce will take a dip because of Bane breaking him.

And, the flashback of Ra's will be more of a freaking mind-****-dream Bruce has because the dipping makes him echo the first dip Ra's took when he was around 30 years old at some time.

Nolan will make the Pits the Batman "Fountain of Youth" and they won't make the dippee crazy or anything...

If it's Bane's prison, they could just be filming there for exterior shots and shoot the interior shots elsewhere.

Yeah I could see them being there for a day or two shooting exteriors/establishing shots, getting an idea for the scale of the place, and then going to a set to build the interior of Bane's prison and subsequently his prison break(of course, assuming there IS a prison break).

Hell, maybe that explosion they were testing a week or so ago has to do with this!

Maybe Bane blows the **** out of a wall to make his get away. That'd be cool.

Because if our spy is correct, they're shooting from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The sun will be up. So unless the footage is altered in post-production, this scene is taking place during the day time.

Wasn't Bruce's Hong Kong dive shot during the day?

I'm almost positive it was.

Nolan does this yeah, When Gordon's wife in The dark Knight is being told Jim is dead and she looks at batman and screams 'you did this' look at the background, its meant to be night, but it's clearly day.

Gautam Valluri: bale is on set! Fans just saw him.. I'm going to confirm.. Looks like they're moving out of the fort to shoot outside..

perhaps they're filming 2 different scenes set in two different points in time, one with ra's, and one with bruce.

I really hope Josh Pence and Bale aren't on screen together. My hope is that the scene involves Bruce scouting the area and flashing back to scenes involving Ra's and a young Bane. I'd really dislike the idea of a rejuvenated Ra's or some sort of Henri Ducard successor, just seems silly to me.

I find it kind of funny how some keep hoping/saying there is no way the Lazarus pits are involved somehow but some of the info may infer otherwise.

I for one wouldn't mind if some more magical/medicinal mysticism is added to this last movie.

Not 100% they think they might have seen him. We might find out more as Gautam is still there being a dedicated bat fan and still taking a ton of pictures and recording footage from his phone. The crew doesn't mind apparently as long as its not a full on handy cam.
