The two sisters in the same movie? I think it´s very very unlikely.
Nyssa won´t appear...I doubt it.
Will be Talia.:cwink:

They said female villain and love interest not love interest/female villain and love interest.

Nyssa is just a female villain not a love interest, that's my thought process about speculating it.

Jesus Christ people, Talia is NOT in the film. I can guarantee it.

I agree. I just don't see her happening. Not interested in re-visiting the League of Shadows stuff. It would be a step backward.

I don't think she is in the film, but I don't think we can dismiss her in this stage. We can't really dismiss any female character yet.

Exactly!
But I think there´s no how Talia being out of the movie.
This is the last chapter of the trilogy...full circle guys...don´t forget!
It will very probably to tie with Begins.
It´s a basic rule of a trilogy...bring something back from the first film.

^
I agree...
Harley has no one chance to be in the movie.
Harley without Joker is nothing.

According to a poster on another board I frequent, one of the staffers on IGN tweeted out that the two leads had been finalized:
Knightley as Talia and Naomi Watts as Sarah Essen.

I never found out if there was any other confirmation or corroboration on this front, so take the above with a heavy dose of salt.

If that's true this board will be a warzone when it's announced after so many months of Catwoman talk. Can't wait. Weisz not being cast as Talia would be such a missed opportunity though.

Talia DOES have some potential, if done right. If she is in the movie, my gut tells me that the main villain played by Tom Hardy is none other than Bane.

I read somewhere that apparently Hardy accepted the role without even knowing what character he'd be playing or what the basic story was.

Still, most actors would after TDK's success.

Knightley? Crap (if it's true, which I VERY much doubt).

So that means Talia for the villain and Sarah Essen as a love interest for Gordon. Wasn't the love interest supposed to be for Bruce Wayne ? I don't understand.

Yep...if Talia is really in the movie,Nolan will do a great job with her.
We must not to worry about it.
He knows what he does.
Tom Hardy as Bane?
Hum I don´t know but I repeat...Nolan knows what he does.:yay:

At this point, if Tom Hardy isn't Hugo Strange then I'll be disappointed.

No.

No it won't. Did the TDK refer to Begins AT ALL? Other than a two second Scarecrow cameo?

Not this trilogy. What did TDK bring back from Begins?

Hell, there was no mention of Bruce's parents, a big emotional thread in Begins.

Nolan treats these films as stand alone. You could watch and enjoy TDK without watching a second of Batman Begins.

These are YOUR opinions,dear...
Maybe Nolan doesn´t share the same opinion as you. :D
He knows what is the better for the movie.

I think one of the big streanghts of TDK was that it worked so well as it's own movie, in fact I know a lot of people who loved TDK that to this day have never seen Batman Begins. For this reason I don't think this movie needs to "Come Full Circle" or at least not iny Ras related respect. I'm all for tying up some themes or ideas perhaps, but I don't think that needs an al Ghul. This is Bruce's story after all, not Ras's.
