I have to be that guy... That looks terrible. DL II is one of my fave minor heroes. Lots of potential, and a legacy that comes from a villain... Good stuff could be done there. I don't care if on the CW FLASH she's a one and done villain though. It's to be expected that the show will deviate from the comics. No skin off my nose.

But that design? Nope. I think it's really bad.

After that lovely Jay Garrick design, maybe they should have embraced the classic looks with more of the characters. Also finally start to use the form fitting material. Don't be afraid of the "tights".

Yeah,
would be a huge shame if he goes a substantial amount of time powerless, at least we'll get some flashbacks to him on Earth 2 though to tide us over.

I don't get why her "starburst" symbol is a cleavage cutout here. It just looks weird. I mean they're willing to give Barry his yellow lightning symbol, and have Captain Cold running around in a big-ass parka even when it isn't cold out. So why couldn't they have just made her symbol, her actual symbol (ON her costume)? The helmet, I'm mixed on that one.

It takes some getting used to, but I like the version of her costume they used. I'm not sure it looks better than what her classic costume good have looked like, but its not bad. I kind of like that her coat looks like a lab coat.

There isn't much difference from what we've seen on Smallville and Arrow/Flash's use of leather.

Wait a minute, are they implying that:

Doctor Light II is another AU villain that Zoom sends after Flash? Show, stop turning prominent DC heroes into generic "villains of the week." You did it with Atom Smasher, and now you might be doing it with Kimiyo. Heck, there already IS a villains DL (Arthur Light), and he was mentioned BY NAME in Caitlin/Cisco's debut episode, so just use him.
That and those heroes which are being used as villain of the week are being wasted (killed). it's sad to see heroes that can be allies and the fact that they are league members used this way. all barry has to do is have way home for them with jay help since all they want to do is go back home. cause were likely not gonna see them again since their alternates are ether powerless or killed off in Barry's reality/time line . it's odder that Barry killing them be they true villain or other wise and the others of team flash are fine with it. it like season one & two small ville before the retcon in season 5.

they still have the meta human jail cell's til the meta human penitentiary is made and they really need to make that other thing for those that aren't planning to be villains. the plan was to seek them (meta humans ) out . (but to fight every single one of them and kill them? ) what if alot of them are like Ronny/stein and just need help controlling their powers or otherwise?

I know there shape shifter girl in smalls ville died stabbed through back and out her chest.

People are making the mistakes of assuming without actual confirmation that:
A: Atom Smasher and Sand Demon are dead when neither are explicitly declared dead (why would a metahuman who can be split into billions of particles as his superpower be killed by being split into dozens of pieces? Atom Smasher is probably dead though I'll admit)
B: Doctor Light II will be used as a villain of the week, trailers are often intentionally misleading, don't take what you see in them at face value.
C: That Doctor Light II will be a one and done character likely to die at the end of the episode.

Killer McQueen sand demon shatter on the floor in front of jay. you can't say he's not dead I doubt they can put him back together with super glue and he's still a live suddenly atom smasher they may be(maybe) chance not sand demon.hopefully with doctor light barry stop's that and leave us wondering if she's dead or not or may she work with Barry. but that has to end a bit.

Atom Smasher is a D-lister, he's not even close to being a prominent DC hero.

Killer mmc qeen sand demon shatter on the floor in front of jay you can't say he's not dead

His entire damned power revolves around his ability to be in more than one piece. How is it so hard to think that being broken into more than one piece when it's the fundamental core of his own superpower didn't kill him?

cause sand once made into glass or titanium doesn't go back to sand and he's back to normal

cause sand once made into glass or titanium doesn't go back to sand and he's back to normal

Except he isn't technically made of sand, so those rules get thrown out the window. It could be assumed that he'll simply take awhile to reconstitute himself.

then he shouldn't have turned to glass ether, if that the case. Well we'll see by the end of the season.

Who's to say that what he turned into is actually glass and not just something that seems like glass? All I'm saying is don't make assumptions when the show doesn't explicitly tell you what's up.

like I said we'll see then. I hope this doesn't end up like the weird retcon with small ville with the shape shifter girl which was saw was run through with sharp parts from farm equipment.and then suddenly she's alive in season 5 in she's alive in cryptonite infected penitentiary

I have a theory that zoom is actually Flarrowverse's version of Black Flash (demon with a face of death). Instead of returning speedsters to the Speed Force, maybe he returns their powers to the Speed Force.

And PLEASE, don't tell me that episodes from now on are going to take the same format as Arrow, in that we have our main story on Earth-1, and the Arrow-flashback-type-storytelling thing with Earth-2 in spurts throughout. It was annoying in Arrow, and it will be annoying now if that happens.

I wonder if the 52 breaches are from Earth-2 or from other Earths besides Earth-2. I would like to see them bring in Ultraman from Earth-3. That way we'd have an evil Superman of sorts!!
