The "Get Violent" Video Game RPG OOC/Sign-up Thread

Why does this seem familiar? Didn't this happen before with some RPGer's girldfriend?

If you all just don't want me here I will explain to John that I was not good enough to join. It will break his heart, but I can't just sit here and take this.

Break his heart? Its an Internet message board RPG game. If someone gets heartbroken because their girl/boyfriend wasnt as warmly welcomed as they were, then theres a problem.

Um...yeah I have to agree...let's try to think about real problems here, people. I hate it when people exagerate things. "Jen and Brad's breakup was like the sinking of the titanic." No it ****ing wasn't. No one died, no one lost loved ones forever to an unforgiving ocean. Don't over exagerate. That and a few other things will set me off and cause me to become...well, like this! :cmad:

To whom it may concern,
I really wish obi-john or jinn were on its hard to sit here and take all this abuse and not have a shoulder to lean on. Atleast I made one friend, but still one against three arn't the best of odds. If you all just don't want me here I will explain to John that I was not good enough to join. It will break his heart, but I can't just sit here and take this. I might as well just go back to writing my novels and just rping with John on the phone. I hope I can somewhat leave on a good note, but at this rate I don't believe that can be so. NowufaceDoom thanks, you were very sweet. I will admit I was somewhat of a *****, but I thought I had to be to fit in. I hope you can forgive me for being any kind of annoyance.
Farewell,
Lady Vivian

I don't recall asking for a life story.

Quoted for truth.

You know what I am going to stay. just to spite you all!
I don't have a problem with you staying. I don't even know what all this fuss was about. All I know is whatever happened, it was blown out of proportion. So that will naturally make me irritable...and though it happens often, I only rarely blow up. So lets drop anything here before it happens, and I make myself look like a dick. Okay?

I agree with Syn. You only appear to have a major problem with one person, and that's SSF. So as long as you play nice with everyone else, then I really see no problem with you staying.

Fantastic! This'll be a hoot. You'll stay, the RPG will decline, people will start to leave. The game will lose its luster, and participants will move on to other games; those which rely on well-thought-out writing, and skill instead of favoritism. These boards have several well-established games, upon which small, developing games like this rely. In the end, it'll be you, John, and Jinn, sitting alone, trying to recruit people to a dying RPG, all because you couldn't be patient, or keep your feelings under control.

Hey, cheer up... it'll be a hoot.

You know, here in New Hampshire, where I live, we have a saying: "Perhaps you'll get horribly sick and die."

Until then.
