(No nonsense) Application for the "Get Violent" Video Game RPG
Name of character and game that he/she/it appears in: Arthas Menethil the Lich King
Powers/skills/inventory of the character: The Lich King has immense strength and magical powers. All bestowed to him by his possessed sword. Frostmourne. After obtaining the armor of the Lich King he was given control of Scourge.
Will your character be bringing any other characters, items from their game with them?: He will come with Frosmourne and his armor. And will start creating an undead army right away.
Why have you chosen this character?: Well I liked him as a hero. But he's just more bad ass as a villain. I mean come on he killed his own father because he thought it would save his kingdom.
Can you provide any need-to-know information about your character for players with no knowledge of that character?
Well Arthas was the prince of the land called Lordaeron. He became a paladin and fought evil. When the Burning Legion came and decimated his land he got desperate and sacrificed his own ally to wield the Frostmourne. A possessed sword. After using it's power to defeat the Burning Legion. The voice of the Lich King consumed him. Causing him to turn his back on everything he ever knew or loved. He even killed his father!
After beating Illidan he took up the armor of the Lich King and now rules at the Frozen Throne.

The Lich King sat on his thrown smiling as he watched the battle ensuing beneath him. "The fools.." He said to hmself as he stood up and walked down the long stairway towards the battle. "Do they really think they can beat me? Nye. Even touch me? I am the most powerful being in Azorath!" He grabbed a nearby human soldier by the neck, lifted him into the air and impelled him. The Lich King had entered the fry.
"It's Arthas!!" an Orc shouted.But those where the last words he would ever say as his head fell to the ground. A group of about twelve men came running at him. With one swing of his Frostmourne they all went down in a bloody mess. "Fight my Undead brethren!!" The evil King shouted. "Make them suffer as if they where in hell itself!!"
Suddenly the King couldn't move. He inched his head up to see a group of wizard's and witches of all races facing him. In the frount of the group was none other than Jayna Proudmore.
"Ahhh.. Miss Proudmore what a pleasant surprise that I may be the one to end your life."
"That won't happen Arthas." She replied.
"Why??" He said. "Do you think your pathetic magic can hold me forever??"
"No... We plan on sending you away from this dimension.. Where you'll end up? I don't know. But anywhere is better than here."
"WHAT!?" The Lich King shouted in surprise. "How can you.."
Jayna cut him off before he could finish. "Don't you see we have every mage on Azorath here. It's over Arthas. They all bean to chant in a strange language. Suddenly a vortex surrounded the King and he began to dissapeare. But before he was completely gone he made sure he left them a message. "YOU WRETCH!!! I SWEAR TO YOU THAT WHERE EVER I LAND I'LL MAKE SURE THEY SUFFER THE FULL FORCE OF THE SCOURGE! AND WHEN I MAKE IT BACK TO THIS WORLD IT WILL EXPERIENCE MY WRATH!! TENFOLD!!!"
When Jayna heard these word she realized that they had just doomed another world to damnation.

That's Warcraft III: Frozen Throne and World of Warcraft. I actually considered being him, but I decided I'd leave him for somebody who knew the character better and I'd be someone I knew better. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

Name of character and game that he/she/it appears in: Max Payne from the games (You guessed it) Max Payne and its sequel. I'm going to take it right from the end of Payne 1.
Powers/skills/inventory of the character: Police training and excellent stamina can take hits from high powered weapons and be up on his feet in no time. May have an addiction to painkillers. Formidable gun fighter. He'll be carrying with him:

Desert Eagle
Sawn-off Shotgun
Will your character be bringing any other characters, items from their game with them?: See inventory list above. No other characters, hell everybody died in Max Payne.
Why have you chosen this character?: To totally contrast with the enviroment and characters chosen so far. I mean, Max is a noir stereotype and a vigilante. He's going to be occupying the same world as Sonic The Hedgehog!? Madness (DONT say it).
Can you provide any need-to-know information about your character for players with no knowledge of that character? Max Payne was a regular NYPD cop when he his family was brutally murdered by junkies one night. Max lost everything he ever cared about that day and swore vengance. He took a job with the FBI working an undercover drugs bust. The drug was an experimental one known simply as V. A lot of bullets later it seems that the head of a big corporation is behind the manufacturing and distribution of the drug to common criminals.Max cuts his ties with his old NYPD & FBI buddies and becomes a vigilante with nothing to lose.

He seemed to have appeared out of thin air, and was wearing nothing but a piece of cloth around his waist. Two blades were attached to his wrists and he seemed to wield them like they were a part of his body.
"I am the god of WAR!"
"Well, wouldja look at that! There's a half naked albino man standing in the road!" Madden cried.
