That is cool! One thing I want to say about when I fan cast is that I try to take into account when the film will be made. So that is why it will skew on the younger side for a character I wouldn't expect to see for a few more years

Yeah that makes perfect sense.

I am just so glad the movie is off the ground and rolling, that i cant even wrap my head around a cast yet.

Announcements mean nothing to me when it comes to JLA. This project will be off the ground and rolling when they literally start filming and we get subsequent set photos lol.

Still, fancasting is fun.

That's why we should all think towards Daddario, Zegers, Gallagher and Wakefield for the different roles.
The Paul Bettany Aquaman thing is as unlikely as winning £100.000.000.000. Sure, we want it, but it's never gonna happen.

David Gallagher should not be playing a superhero in any way, shape or form. Horrible casting.

Some of you people are morons.I'm talking about the ones that keep suggesting Fassbender for Bats. He's under a MULTI-PIC deal with MARVEL to play MAGNETO.Him as Batman will never happen, get over it already.

When it comes to Batman casting for JL and then the subsequent rebooted solo Bat films, I still firmly believe WB's will go hard after Ryan Gosling. Just watch.

Then the backup plan will be to cast Armie Hammer as Batman if Gosling indeed turns down the role, turns down the big paycheck and the multi picture deal that WB's will surely offer him.

have always wanted abbie as a super hero may it be sue storm,ms marvel,ww,etc she has commanding screen presence and was a complete bad ass in sucker punch

Let's hope you're right. Why wouldn't they??

I can see Gosling getting scared if they offer him a JL, and multiple bat movies lol. Maybe if they just offered him 1 bat movie and that's it. Or if JL turns out to be exclusive.

Gosling as Batman would be epic. I guess I have a little trouble seeing it since he doesn't "look" like your traditional Bruce Wayne, but hell... Daniel Craig didn't look like your traditional Bond and look how awesome that turned out. I'm sure Gosling would own the role.

That said, if they offer it to him and he turned it down, and Hammer was their back-up plan... that would just f***ing suck.

Gerard Butler
Chris Pine
Henry Cavill
Kaya Scodelario
Michael Fassbender
Bradley Cooper
Anthony Macky

Fassbender and Cavill look insanely good in this manip.

Seriously. If Hammer gets the role my excitement for JL will drop down to about zero.

Hammer would be a mediocre choice as Batman without a doubt, but the Justice League film will still makes it money regardless.

I heard months ago that WB's wants Gosling....not as Flash, but as Batman. We'll see how it plays out....

Part of me agrees. I think because of all the terrible casting that went into JL:M, I assumed it was all bad.

But really when I think of it, he's a good actor from what little I've seen of him, which is Social Network and J. Edgar. Hell, those two movies alone give him more acting cred in my book than say, Luke Evans, or some of the other actors being suggested here.

Personally, I want an actor to play Batman, not a guy whose biggest leading roles have been in big budget flops with no story. (I know, Cavill was in the same bad movie. But do we really want two of those guys making up the core of the Justice League?) (I also know I'm alone around here in thinking Immortals was bad. But America agrees with me, as per their awful reviews and bad-to-mediocre box office performances.)

He basically is Bruce Wayne in real life, with very influential parents and all that. And he's got the baritone voice to do the Batman growl. Square jaw, broad build, piercing eyes. He has all that stuff going for him.

The big knock seems to be that he's, what, too "pretty"? We're talking about an actor who'll be the second male lead, at least. It's going to be a handsome man. He's gotta look good in the cowl. And watch J. Edgar, he played the serious/brooding guy very well, goofy makeup aside.

Armie Hammer really has proven himself to be a very good actor. While I personally would want someone else, he is not a deal breaker for me. Honestly, I think it would be prtty cool if they stuck with actors that already have history with these characters. Adrianne Palicki and Ryan Renolds should get a second chance at their roles in my opinion. While their movie/show was a failure, most people would agree that they were not the problem. Also, Phil Morris did such a great job as Jon'zz on Smallville that I would love to see him do it again. If they decide to go with the 52 line-up, Ernest Waddell would be great as Cyborg instead. Just add Garrett Hedlund as Flash along with Cavill's Superman and that's a pretty cool cast.

Green Lantern (HJ) - Ryan Reynolds
Martian Manhunter - Adrien Brody
Flash - Chris Pine
Green Arrow - Bradley Cooper

both gosling and hammer are bad choice they both have the same problem

too soft and nice looking both are very baby faced

bale was as perfect as you can get handsome and charming but also had a certain darkness to him and he had a very strong mature look

And yet... despite looking soft and baby-faced, Gosling is frequently cast as dark and baddas characters (and apparently is somewhat of a badass in real life, judging by that youtube video of him breaking up a fight in the middle of the street). He may not look like your traditional Batman, but I have confidence he could be awesome in the role.

Hammer on the other hand... I don't necessarily view him as a bad actor, I just don't see that darkness and edginess that the Bruce Wayne/Batman character requires. I could see him as another superhero (Superman, Captain Marvel) but not Batman.

If its down to Armie Hammer and Ryan Gosling, Ryan Gosling alll the ****ing way. He'd make a perfect Batman and would attract so many people to see JL. We need a handsome dude as Batman, weve already got Cavill

Agree on Reynolds, disagree on Palicki. She's just not much of an actress, IMO. Just a pretty face, really.
