I can't quite figure that out, either. It's "Have one rule", or "I have on rule", or "You have one rule".

isnt it batman saying 'i have one rule' and then joker sayin 'your gonna break your one rule' but in a weird voice like takin the mickey out of the batmans voice lol

#7: "Introduce a little anarchy"-- Joker goons running through a bank (new footage), a car exploding, Batsy riding the Batpod.
"Upset the established order"-- Panic in Loeb's funeral, Joker shooting the shotgun at the Wayne party, explosion, Dent's running among the crowd, Batman entering the Tumbler.
"Well then everyone loses their minds!"-- Joker turns around, Gordon smashes the signal, Batman lands on Scarecrow van, Joker fires bazooka.
"If you want order in Gotham"-- Tumbler take a shot mid-air, Joker finishing the sentence I wrote via camera (new footage), shot of Hong Kong (new), 2 shots of SWATs running (new).
"Kill the Batman"-- Joker saying the line, Bruce walking toward the new suit in his basement, Tumbler exiting the garage, Joker half out of the police car, esplosion, shot of Batpod running, Joker firing the machine gun, explosion, hospital exploding, Joker laughing via camera (new).

"I know the truth"-- Joker in the interrogation room with Bats (new, t's the photo that has come out today", Batman gets in Tumbler.
"You're just a freak, like me!"-- Tumbler exits the garage, Joker turns around, Tumbler thrusting, Tumbler POV making a leap, Tumbler landing after taking a shot.
"Don't make me your only hope for a normal life"-- Rachel and Bruce, Rachel goes with Dent (new?), Rachel turning to see Bruce looking in the balcony, Batman owning a SWAT guy (new), 2 shots of Tumbler destroying a garage wall, Joker with knife, explosion, hospital explosion, Joker laughter can be heard, Joker drops Rachel.

"I'm counting on it"-- Batman saying the line, camera POV of Joker attacking it laughing, police car flips from explosion, Batman jumps from a roof, Batman falls from Hong Kong tower.
"Where is he?"-- Batman saying the line, Batpod shot, Joker with the clown mask tilting head (new).
"Why so serious?"-- Joker saying the line, 2 clips of Joker clapping, explosion, Batpod turning, Batpod.... s**t I just noticed that: Batpod sliding under a truck across its other side (NEW!!!).

So apparently the Joker doesn't remove his make-up at all in TDK, correct? Can we assume that he applies flesh colored make-up in the funeral scene? I just saw a picture of him in the funeral scene it got me thinking.

Also saw a picture of him dressed as a nurse which looks awesome.

Ledger's Joker truly is repugnant. He looks like a wrinkled, shrivelled beetle that you would find hiding under a rock. The lines around his face make him look corpselike and unnaturally aged. It's really quite striking.
