Set Kal-El's ship to search for the bio-signatures of the Kents, and then you guys can leave...
batnkevlar said:Well, the point of this arc was to show that no one's perfect... i mean, the resistance and the martians, they're different yet similar... this is what was planned form the start...
I'll write a Kent thing right now, so we can end this arc...

Group Affiliation (history of group needed): Justice League of America. A group formed of the most powerful heroes on Earth, set to defend it against all threats. Doomsday joined it as a reservist, despite the concerns of many other Leaguers.
Universe/Timeline history*: No significant changes until the event known as the Death of Superman. As the final cataclysmic blows were struck and the Superman of that reality fell, Doomsday still stood. Battered and beaten, he began laughing, realizing that the only thing that could kill him was now dead. Then appeared in front of him a white figure, clad in a green hood and cape. In a flash of energy, the being and Doomsday vanished.
Doomsday would be educated by the Spectre, and would learn the enormity of what he'd done. In killing Superman, Doomsday had destroyed a being protected by the Source itself, throwing the universe out of balance. It was the job of the Spectre to mete out Doomsday's punishment. The Spirit of Vengeance, guided by the soul of Jim Corrigan, imparted to Doomsday sentience, self-realization and intelligence. Doomsday was a beast of destruction no more, rather it had become a sentient being. Then, with a wave of his hand, the Spectre gave Doomsday knowledge of the Superman, and who and what he was to become. For the first time, the creature called Doomsday felt regret at its actions. In killing Superman, it had commited and irrevocable act, robbing the universe of its greatest protector. Satisfied with imparting knowledge to the creature, the Spectre returned it to Earth. There, it would enter into hiding for many years, before emerging during the Imperiex War many years later. Without the guiding light and rallying point that was Superman, Earth's Heroes were being defeated one by one by the countless Imperiex drones. The Justice League had fallen. The Teen Titans and the Justice Society were out of action. In this maelstrom of confusion and battle, Doomsday returned. Singlehandedly, he began wiping out the Imperiex probes as they landed on Earth, shattering them with blows of his mighty hands. The world was astonished as the killer of Superman returned to save the Man of Steel's adopted planet. With Doomsday's aid, the heroes turned the tide and drove off Imperiex. To the remaining heroes of Earth, Doomsday explained what had happened to him and what he knew he had to do. He could not replace Superman, nor did he want to. Doomsday merely sought to atone for the crime he had committed, and protect Earth in Superman's stead. Grudgingly, the heroes acknowledged him, and Doomsday began appearing more frequently around the world. Always, it was in the hour of direst need. He foiled the plans of President Lex Luthor before the madman could nuke Kahndaq into a sea of glass. He appeared in Gotham, moments before the Joker could finally kill Batman. All over the world, Doomsday appeared, working to save lives. He was not always successful, such as the disastrous loss of Coast City to Mongul, but still he makes his efforts.
History: Doomsday was created on ancient Krypton, the pinnacle of evolutionary achievement. For thousands of years, he traversed the cosmos, killing innumerable billions of beings in a tide of bloodhsed that stained the stars. Until Earth. Until Superman. Superan was the first being to physically oppose Doomsday, which caught the simple-minded creature off-guard. When the Man of Steel fell, Doomsday was elated for the first time in his life. Then he was confronted by the Spectre before any more damage could be done, and the Spectre imparted Doomsday with sentience and intelligence. For the first time, Doomsday understood his actions, and understood what he had done with his life. He and the Spectre shared a brief conversation, which ended abruptly:
DD: "Can I change? Am I more than a weapon aimed at the heart of this Universe?"
Spectre: "I know not, armageddon creature. It is you who must make that choice."
And so Doomsday was deposited amongst the dense jungles of central Africa, and there for years observed the planet that he'd come to as a bringer of death. In those verdant jungles and rainforests, he saw things hidden and secret to everyone else. He saw life in its purest, simplest form, and was amazed. Earth was a planet full to bursting with sheer, chaotic life. To Doomsday, it was a revalation. Here, on this planet, he could be more. He would not be a weapon. He would be a protector. Like Superman, he would adopt Earth, and fight to defend all of the life upon it.
For years, he wandered the Earth in secret, observing all life. From the bustle of humanity to the simple lives of insects, Doomsday was ceaselessly amazed at the diversity and prosperity of life in all its forms. Amidst the deserts of the Sahara, he saw the intricate interplay of the ecosystem. To one such as he, there could be nothing more beautiful.
It was not until Imperiex that Doomsday revealed himself to Earth's champions. When he heard tell that the Imperiex being sought to destroy the Earth and all life on it, Doomsday could not stand by any longer. It was by his fell and mighty hands that the armies of Imperiex were defeated, and his presence made known to Earth's heroes. Due to his actions, and his explanation of what he'd been doing, they allowed him a chance at redemption. It is that chance that Doomsday lives for, now. He is known not as Doomsday, but simply as DD, or amongst the friends he's made, 'D'. He finds his life difficult but enjoyable, though always his actions in the past haunt him.
Skills: Doomsday is excellent at hunting and tracking, due to his years of traveling the world and hyper-senses. He is also one of the Earth's most powerful close combat fighters, having been trained by Orion, Dog of War, during an excursion the Justice League made to New Genesis.
Powers (comparative to main DC Universe characters): Superstrength, Superspeed, invulnerability, healing factor, evolutionary abilities (such as can't be killed the same way twice)
Hero, anti-hero, villain?: Anti-hero
I'd like for him to be a Chosen.

twylight said:I'm gonna pass along BnK's word and tell you that you are accepted!
Q, when you wanna jump in as Cronus it's all good. After Cronus sends them back there will be a few wrapping posts from the people and then the next BnKRPG roster for the next mission will go up.
Afterwhich Cronus can post his set up post of who he's calling *look at BnK's posts for the first mission*
Then the player can establish characters then Cronus can zap them all away.
Let's go!![]()

You might want to take the flippancy down a notch with Cronus.
I mean he's supposed to be like....respectful..so maybe just an all engulfing.
"Thank you, you have done well, now you shall be returned to your universes unharmed and at the same exact moment you left."
twylight said:Also the reaccuring Chosen when we start the new mission you might want to make sure that a few months or so has past before this mission. That way they aren't leaving as soon as they come back.
