Hey Cats, as it is clear that the goal for Citizen Steel and the other JSAers who made it out is to free the rest of the JSA I wanted to toss an idea your way:

I was going to have each of the 4 free JSA go to different locations to try to free different JSAers since after 4 escaped, they were scattered so that they couldn't muster up such a riot again. Is it ok if I have Count Vertigo being the villain in charge of a prison facility in West Virignia?
