I guess it depends on your view of deserve. It's good, though I don't think it's amazing by any means. If the art wasn't pure sex dripping all over 20 pages, it would probably range more around the average to slightly above average.

It's just hard to think of Barry Allen as a nice likable everyman hero after "Flashpoint" where he basically destroyed the DC Universe in a botched attempt at saving his mom and eliminated his own marriage, his nephew and his nephew's family from existence along with pretty much all the non-Bat-family related legacy heroes while shuffling the Golden Age heroes over to another universe when he tried to fix it. I wanted Barry's return to work and I'm probably the only person who didn't completely hate "Rebirth" (despite some glaring flaws, namely the deifying of Barry) and "Dastardly Death of the Rogues" but after "Flashpoint" I'm not sure I can root for him.



So how are Superman's sales lately?

Manapul's said Flashpoint changed Barry just as much as everyone else. This Barry would never try going back to erase his Mom's death or fudge time up. He's accepted his Mother's death and moved on with his life in the New 52.

Any hope in DC announcing an Unlimited Digital Comic service at SDCC this year? Marvel has one that I'm subscribed to, and I really like it. Otherwise I have use this other service for DC Comics and pay for each individual comic, and I don't like that. I would rather pay $60 a year have a have a huge library of comics with new ones added daily like Marvel.

No, they're not. Because Barry isn't a real person. He's a character. And if a writer has a character do something ridiculously out of character, Im sorry, but it's childish to let it taint the character for you.

Has Dick Grayson ever been mishandled/misused/written extremely out-of-character/starred in a universally-hated story (during his years as Nightwing/Batman)?

Wow. Good question. I really cannot think of one off the top of my head. There have been terrible Nightwing stories, but it was never any fault of Dick being mischaracterized, (e.g. Octo-Todd, when Tarantula raped him). Since ~2003 he has been pretty consistent throughout Outsiders, Infinite Crisis, 52, his solo stuff, and Batman & Robin. He has never really gone through an emo phase like Tim and was never an ******* team leader like Tim could be. I haven't been reading his solo title since the relaunch, but that could change if the plot ever got good. He's probably one of the most consistent and likable characters in all of comics, which is why everybody hated Dan Didio for wanting to kill him off. The more I think about Dick Grayson, the more I'm starting to realize he's probably my favorite DC character. I really need to start reading his book.

I'm 99% positive he's always been red in the New 52. But I'm not reading Teen Titans or Ravagers. So I could be wrong.

No. She has a boyfriend, but is still buddies with Clark and Jimmy. Unless something is slipping my mind, only his landlady and maybe Batman know he's Superman at the moment, Lois suspects it.
