^ WB put a lot into the '05 DVD editions, all four of which were fantastic. Other than a new transfer, a new cover and getting a new interview with Keaton (which seems like a big ask), there's not much left to do.

EDIT: Also, Pierce Brosnan had this to say in his Reddit AMA:

Ironic since the Burton suit didn't have trunks.

Sci-fi? Do you mean that teaser poster for the movie that says "in the future, something-something..."?

Yup. Or does this poster come from a time when they still planned to make the movie more like a "Dark Knight Returns" movie?

Ive watched this movie more times than I can count as a kid. Every day at one stage.

That fight at the end is still awesome.

Oh my. Being a big fan of Brosnan, in particular his Bond this blows my mind!

People always seem to credit the Batman/Bane sewer fight in TDKR for being the first to show Batman getting his butt handed to him on the big screen (even though both BB and TDK showed Ra's and Joker holding their own against Batman prior to Bane) and forget (except when criticizing it) this was the first movie to do it.

Yeah it's always exciting when Batman goes mano a mano with a foe of equal or higher strength.

I still think it's the best Batman fight we've seen in a live action movie. Except, of course, for all the great ones in the 60's show. :woot:

Kane, can you gifs of Batman entering the church after Joker shoots down the batwing?

It is. It's the only fight he lost. Batman beat the black goon eventually, even though he had to kill him to do it.

There's was another of Joker's goons that looked like he could put up a good fight, that one Dr. Mindbender bald beefy looking one who's prominently seen at the Flugelheim museum holding the 1980's boombox.

^ Yeah that's the guy last time he was seen was at Vicky's apartment, did he die at the Smylex factory or sometime during the Gotham parade I wonder.
