What did Hulk actually say after

tossing Loki around like a ragdoll? Some people say "Demi God" while others say "Puny God". I couldn't hear over the laughter in the theater.

It's
Puny god!
.

Puny God

I know Hulk is but Banner was fallen out of a plane and survived, and pulled the trigger with a gun in his mouth...

It wasn't Banner, Golgo. He started transforming during his fall (it happened in comics a few times). The same applies to the gun: he transformed so fast (hulk forced the transformation to survive) that the bullet didn't harm him.

Or the bullet Harmed him and the Hulk transformation triggered the regeneration process.

If we had to recast Thunderbolt Ross, id say Stephen Lang? I just see that hard, relentless obsessiveness with him. For betty i'd say either Emily Blunt or my fav pic cause shes a great actress and hot:Zooey Deschanel. Them mixed with Mark Ruffalo as Banner, and Mark Strong as The Leader?

I'd rather keep the old cast. General Ross was perfect in TIH.

I thought Sam Elliot was better myself.

I like the little nod to Ross and the military being kept off Banners tail by Shield hinted by BW in the hut scene.

I am sure if they ever do another Hulk film, Ross and Betty wont be in it....for the fact they were in the 1st two to distance itself maybe.( plus Hulk vs army has been played out)....Betty might be in it, but her look would be different etc...

FX has been showing both IM and TIH last few days. The FX in TIH looks really horrible now, i'm sorry to say.

Just saw the movie yesterday, and I must say...absolutely awesome! I couldn't resist coming to these forums and reading the spoilers ahead of time so I of course read that the
Thor vs Hulk fight was pretty even. From watching the film though I have a slightly different opinion. Although there was definitely no clear winner I thought it appeared that Hulk definitely had the upper hand in the fight especially towards the latter stage of the brawl. After they used the "elevator" to reach the upper floor the Hulk was slamming Thor a few times and tossed him across the deck.

Why did Hulk try and kill BW when he first transformed? I didnt get why he was so out of control and hostile towrds an innocent yet he is able to work well in a team at the end with Banner seemingly having relative control over him to the point that he wasnt out of control once the threat was over

He still had some animosity towards her from before, it just manifested itself even moreso after all the anger everyone was experiencing right before the blast. Cap and Iron Man he viewed as friends, so when he transformed later, he had no gripes with them. He also apologized to BW so that was squashed.

No, that wasn't it.

It wasn't explicit, but it was subtly addressed, but when he involuntarily turns into the monster, he loses himself and he becomes just an angry uncontrollable rage monster.

Near the end, when he "aims" and voluntarily transforms, he still can instill a bit of himself into the monster and a little more conscious of what he's doing

Because Loki was screwing with his mind, both directly and indirectly.

actually that makes alot more sense. Thanks

...

You keep bringing up this "nose bleed" as if it was this huge thing, clearly Thor was smiling as he wiped the VERY small amount of blood from his nose. It's also worth noting that Thor landed more blows than Hulk who really only managed to throw him around.

last I checked, fights are judged on effective aggression and damage

He's big and strong, kids don't give a **** about leadership skills, family issues, or being a genius they wanna be big and strong.

funny enough that describes Odin's son before he self-actualized/the turning point of 'Thor'

Yeah--the impression I got when Banner says he's always angry is that he maintains his anger as a means of being in total control of it, owning it.

However, on the helicarrier, that's a different situation--the place is blowing up in his face, he's hurt, fearful, and shocked. As such, I think his control, his temperament slips. That's why, that time, when he turns into the Hulk, he's out of control.

Later, he's still owning his anger and directing it, and thus, he's in control in the final battle. It's like flexing a muscle, if you've been flexing for a really long time, it's easy to slip and lose your grip. that's what happened on the helicarrier.

It's also worth noting the pep talk Tony gives him, and the suggestion the security guard makes--that the Hulk might have aimed for a safe place to fall. I think he was realizing he had even more control than he thought.

Its awesome that Hulk got to shine in this but a alien invasion seems like the ideal thing to show Hulks strengths(no pun intended) him just going crazy against the enemy.
