The official INCREDIBLE Hulk thread........... - Part 1

Just read #623. Idk how I feel about this vulnerable Hulk we've got right now. Idk what Zeus did to his healing factor but there's no reason Rick still hasn't fixed the plates that Abom ripped off.
Zeus didn't do anything to the Hulk's healing factor. He just beat the Hulk so savagely that it's taking the Hulk's healing factor a really long time to fix everything.

Skaar hasn't been as great as when he hated the Hulk. In fact, Dark Son was the only other time I really liked his character. I wished he had kept some of his aggressiveness towards the Hulk, like how Red She-Hulk still acts cold to the Hulk even though they don't hate each other.

Can someone tell me the reading order for the Hulk books from Skarr son of hulk vol 1 up to the trade/Hardcover that's the most recent?

While I can understand what order it is for Hulk and Incredible Hulk sperately, I'm having trouble knowing how they intertwine for the whole World War Hulks stuff.

Hulk #30.1 Preview

So the next four issues seem to be Hulk and Red She-Hulk for an arc, and then the next issue has Red She-Hulk and Hulk on the cover still.

So has the rest of the team faded out completely now? Is it just Hulk and Red She-Hulk's show?

I love that Pak refers to Hulk as a "genuinely great literary character."

No, I mean it! Usually Hulk as a character is just dismissed as "angry dumb Banner."

If I was going to be a smartass I would have made a joke about how Wendigo got back from his family trip to Vegas.
LOOOOOEB! :argh:

Loooooooooooooooooooooooeeeeeeeeeee-*anger silenced by beautiful cover* Izzat....Fing...Fang...Foom?! "Yesh!"/Bison

edit: Doh, I just read the article and realized Pak is leaving. :( I hope whoever jumps on the title continues with the quality stories.

Its implied that most of the anger was due to his hulk form(which he hasn't been in a lot since his little beat down) amping it up. You can see it recently where he in his hulked out form see's hulk as weak in some emotional regards.

I'm gonna miss Greg pak on hulk.
That bearded one looks kinda like skaar.

Seriously, Hulk shave!

All over this book though, love Silvestri's work. Speaking of, where the hell is Hunter/Killer? Dread, help!

The Hulk vs. Banner struggle could see some new wrinkles. Could be interesting. Although I have to assume the two will be back to sharing one body again by next summer.\
:bh:

All in all, not a bad day to be a Hulk fan.

I have a passing interest in the Hulk, and Aaron may be enough to get me on board, but isn't this also like the fifth or sixth series he'll writing by that time? I kind of worry that he may be wearing himself a bit on the thin side.

What else is Aaron writing now besides Punisher MAX and Wolverine?

Scalped. Isn't he also going to be writing Wolverine and the X-Men around this time period, too?

So, yeah, come around October-December he'll be writing Scalped, Wolverine, Punisher MAX, Wolverine and the X-Men and The Incredible Hulk. Unless he's leaving one of those titles or they're ending that I don't know of (I know Scalped is ending at issue 60, but I think that's still a little ways away).
