the problem with Cheetah is that they never seem to give her a consistant characterization (or Identity for that matter.) DC really needs to focus on one interpretation and stick with it.

It should definitely be the Barbara Ann Minerva version of the Cheetah I think

Rucka's was probably the best version of that character and Simone's was neat too. I liked the almost mutual respect Cheetah and Wonder Woman had for each other in the Loebs stories despite being enemies too

Circe needs some serious work though. Her motivation changes every other week and most of th time contradicts itself. In a Jimenez issue she had a frakking crazy motive rant about how she wants the world to be full of suffering and misery. Then when she shows up in the Heinberg stories suddenly she wants to steal Wonder Woman's powers to try and end the oppression and persecution of women

He's missing the arm bracelet above her elbow on her arm lol and he designed the look.

There's actually a lot different if you look closely. There's no W imprinted on the bracelet, the chest emblem is actually a W and Eagle hybrid as opposed to just a W, the shorts only have two stars spaced out as opposed to stars all around, and the tiara has a thin design as opposed to a wide one. I'm guessing it's just Lee giving his own flair to it, though.

How is it that we still havent heard anything about WW? We know plenty about everyone but her.

It is odd that DC haven't said much about her series but I dont mind waiting until the new series begins to find out what the new reboot of Wonder Woman is like

Hopefully its going to be good. I'm really liking the sound of the solicits for issue one and two.

Well, I'm thinking it's one of two things:

The bad one is that somehow they are going to try and build off of Odyssey and don't want to spoil that. I find that doubtful since Hester said previously that it probably wasn't going to affect anything in the end, and the solicitations seem to be portraying the Gods in a much different light than we seem to be seeing them in Odyssey (though, that could change, but I honestly don't know how they'd make that kind of turnaround).

The other, possiblity better one and, I think more likely, is that Brain Azzarello just doesn't want to talk about it, and Chaing is respecting that. I'm inclined to think its this one, because Azzarello strikes me as a guy who doesn't really do a lot of interviews about projects. I know he does do them, but it seems they're rather scarce overall and usually don't say a whole lot to begin with. Kind of like Peter Milligan in a way.

Or, well, I guess the third option is that DC just doesn't care enough to and/or don't see it as important enough to promote. I'd like to think it's not but could easily seeing it be a plain degree of apathy from up top.

Here's a little tidbit that I missed from Thursday's panel apparently:

2:22 "She's recruited by a character named Zola who has angered the gods"

I'm assuming that Zola was probably the girl/women that was in the preview pages.

Its high time they rail in WWs supporting cast and sidekicks. I want to see Cassie interact with WW and fight alongside her sometime. Along with bringing Artemis off of Themiscrya and have her part of WWs team.

Basically, the video has Lee doing a sketch live with Wonder Woman in the shorts holding up the pants saying, "Make up your mind, Dan!" It's probably just meant as a bit of joke, riffing on the whole thing, but it does make me wonder if I was right earlier about things not really being completely decided even up to this point. It seems pretty likely that the shorts are back all things considered, though.

Yeah honestly this is pretty unprofessional or well you can't take Wonder Woman redesign that seriously when they can't make their mind and September is closing in.

Glad that they did decide to change it though I think the current design is much better than the earlier design with the pants
