Yea...

If he wasn't my eventual flying-type and fire-type for Sean I would have gone with something else, but Charmander is basically my favorite fire-type. And the Blue has a Charizard in the manga, so I was trying to stay true there.

Yeah, I guess I'm as guilty as everybody else. Mine was more of a character choice. Nothing is quite as creepy and badass as a black Charizard.

They're surprisingly short. 5'7". I guess they seemed so big on the show because Ash was small.

I know, and I picked up Prinplup instead of Wartortle so I wouldn't have the same Pokemon as other people.

Ugh, I really do hate Pikachu with a passion. Raichu I like and Pichu is fine...but I despite Pikachu; but that is because of the cartoon. I wanted to see more of Squirtle. XD

I like the "chu" family in the games, but yea, hated him in the show. But then again, I hated how all the Pokemon said their names instead of sounds.
