Highly unlikely. Actors' contracts get released, bought out, or canceled all the time. It is actually commonplace. Recasts also happen all the time for a variety of reasons. Canning the entire X-Men casts due to change of ownership is not grounds for a lawsuit. The new owner has every right to review and cancel projects as they see fit. Actors get released to pursue other projects.
Yeah, movies get cancelled and remade all the time and there is no precedent for a law suit because of Actors not being used due to having a contract. Otherwise you would have heard about Adrianne Palicki suing Warner Brothers over her not being used in Wonder Woman instead of Gal Godot. That guy makes it sound like he knows what he is talking about, but he is really just spreading a bunch of BS.
