Shang Chi is a surprise. He's classic Bronze Age Marvel, which is the era I started reading comics. I think they'll have to change his back story though, because back then I think his father was Fu Manchu, and that would be a racist stereotype now. It's as if Marvel were so devoid of any ideas for Asians that they had to connect him to that of all things.

I hope we see him in his classic red and gold outfit. Not sure though how he's really going to stand out on film and look different to other martial arts films. Iron Fist could've stood out in his classic costume but they choose to have him never wear that.

Marvel ought to have put out Christmas decorations shaped like Mysterio's fishbowl that you could hang on your tree. Now would've been a good time to bring them out.

An A4 trailer might have been cooler, but one for Far From Home is still really, really exciting to me! Can't wait to see what they've done with it (Mysterio especially for me as well).

They must be having some sort of technical trouble with the Avengers trailer. Maybe the CG isnt quite where they want it to be thats why it keeps getting bumped back.

As odd as that would be it could be possible. Maybe they regret changing it from IW Part 2 and they know whatever title they give it there will be disappointment.

Still not 100% sold but the stuff in the past looks like it will be the more interesting story. I feel like they'll need a third trailer in February.

Thought the trailer looked great- especially the shot in space. Definitely got me a lot more excited for March!

It was a good trailer. That last bit of CGI with her flying around looks as campy as the Black Panther/Killmonger CGI fight.

So a Far From Home Trailer is going to possibly debut before the Avengers 4 trailer even hits?

That’s ridiculous, imo. Debuting a second trailer of a movie that largely takes place before Avengers 4 ahead of A4’s trailer release is one thing but debuting a trailer to a movie that takes place after Avengers 4 before A4’s first trailer debuts is nuts. What gives Marvel/Disney? Granted, I know Sony is in charge of the marketing for Far For Home but why would they delay the A4 trailer yet again?

I am thinking they want to "save the best for last" and let Avengers 4's trailer not be undercut by the debut of another one.

The Captain Marvel trailers have been visually interesting, but I haven't seen anything interesting about her personality yet. Captain Marvel herself has come across as pretty dull to me and her supporting cast (basically just Nick Fury) is much more interesting. But these are only trailers so there may be more to her in the actual film and it may end being a Captain America situation when it comes to her personality.

I gotta admit Larson’s voice is a lot softer than imagined for Carol(whom I’ve always pictured having a more deeper, more commanding voice).

Perhaps it will be Avengers 4, but the 4 will be the Fantastic Four symbol. That would be a huge spoiler. And it would've been something that has hidden in plain sight all this time because we've all been referring to it as Avengers 4 all along.
