Ultimate Alliance 3 was just revealed which has a quite a few of Fox-licensed characters like Wolverine and the Sentinels.




Is this a sign that the embargo on the Marvel characters licensed by Fox is now over now that the Disney deal so far looks like it’s going to go through? Nah, this game has been in development for a while before the Disney/Fox deal even happened last December. But it is fun to think about nonetheless!

I wish the FF was featured in this trailer though.

I don't know... is game development more rigid or fixed than movies? It could have been a sort of Civil War situation.

That trailer was pretty amazing. A bit depressing but it's clearly the end of this iteration of the MCU. The story that stated in Phase 1 is coming to a close.

lol, the title is Endgame? I much prefer Annihilation. I think ‘Annihilation’ was the real title of the movie until very recently when they decided to change it again. Since the Russo’s have gone on record and said that the title of the movie isn’t spoken at any point as dialogue in Infinity War so then they were either lying(don’t think they were) or it was a very recent change.

I like the trailer. It’s minimalistic so it doesn’t show you much.

What an incredible trailer and culmination of the MCU so far. And that opening scene was bleak in the most amazing way.

Have the Russo brothers gone on record saying the title is not Endgame? If there was subterfuge on their part on that aspect, could statements they made about... certain characters suggest their appearance in the film?

Annihilation wouldn't have made sense with the content of the movie itself. The movie isn't about annihilation, it's about hope. It's about this movie being the finale of the story that started in Iron Man. I'm glad it's not Annihilation as the title can be saved for an actual Annihilation adaptation when Marvel wants to adapt that story.

Endgame? Seriously? That's a spoiler? I think every rumored title we've heard was more of a spoiler than that. Dr. Strange even said in the last movie: 'We're in the endgame now' so how did that spoil anything?

And as for the trailer itself. Yeah, cool, all of us are on the edge of our seat, so just that little glimpse get's us revved up... but to be completely honest, if we weren't already 100% in and completely sold, that would have been a pretty lousy, boring trailer.

To be honest, they could've probably easily have shown the Fant4stic trailer and stuck the title "Avengers Endgame" on the end and they would've probably gotten bums in seats.
