Yep. The excellent CGI characters in War for the Planet of the Apes are also worth bearing in mind.Thanos. Hulk. Nuff said.
Good god, it's true. I am the doofusThe MCU has created wonderful CGI characters in their live action films, so I trust them to make a Shulkie that's better than Will Smurf. So maybe you're the doofus, huh? YOU'RE THE DOOFUS!!!!!
The Genie looks atrocious. Robin Williams is rolling in his grave. This is kind of random but if after seeing Will Smith's Genie you still think MCU She-Hulk should be CGI, you're a doofus.
What a waste of Oscar Isaac too. If the MCU could gain access to PotA level tech or better (given the time gap) by the time of Beast's introduction, I wouldn't mind seeing how well they could mock him up. And if it looked good enough they should use it. I'm hoping for vastly improved CGI effects for characters like Iceman and Colossus too.Hopefully Apocalypse gets the same treatment in the MCU. Going practical for a character like this:

Was never going to turn out well.
Computer magic lol.Good god, it's true. I am the doofus
Seriously though, I know Thanos and Hulk look great but they're both character with very exaggerated facial features, and these are easier to pull off with CGI.
Then there's Proxima, who was decent for a one-off secondary villain, but She-Hulk is a different beast entirely. Whoever gets cast as her will have to possess some solid comedic chops, and comedic chops and mocap don't mesh really well. People would be too busy being creeped out by her to laugh at her silliness.
Nah, they should just paint the actress green and then enlarge her with computer magic like they did with Eitri.
During the moments when the characters are moving through the environment, what you see on screen is a "digi-double" (a CG version of Eitri created using motion capture).
Beast should definitely be mocap too. It's the only way to truly show his acrobatic movements without sacrifice character design like the tree trunk arms and huge hands and feet. His body should be primate-esque. Hoult looks goofy running around on all fours, it doesn't look natural at all. What a waste of Oscar Isaac too. Would love thatThat twitter source is claiming a lot of interesting stuff.

The guy on the New Mutants board who has been accurate with a tonne of things also mentioned Namor I believe. I would LOVE to see him! That twitter source is claiming a lot of interesting stuff.
That's exactly what I want, very well put.Give me a more animalistic Beast

That skirts the line between classic Beast and cat Beast from Astonishing
Well okay, maybe Eitri wasn't a good example. lolComputer magic lol.
I really hope we get Eva. That would certainly raise interest in the film among genre fans.Dunno how true this is

I hope Marvel CGs Kurt's hands and feet as well.

What about this:

Seriously, there's virtually no reason for She-Hulk to be CGI. She's just an oversized green woman.
I'm just gonna leave this here.

The scene where he's fighting Psylocke in Apocalypse is especially. The wire work is sooo obvious - especially when he catches the car. His proportions are just Hoult in makeup and he's shrimpy..I really hope we get Eva. That would certainly raise interest in the film among genre fans.
I want people to see the super-agility and acrobatics from Beast. He isn't just a strong guy and a bruiser in battle.
Yes, it looked totally unnatural when Hoult's Beast was moving while Grammer's Beast rarely moved at all.
And yep, doing Kurt's hands and feet I think would be quite easy to do.
Yeah, no reason not to. They could make him look so good. He needs to move too fast and unpredictably for any regular humans to be able to hit.The scene where he's fighting Psylocke in Apocalypse is especially. Grammar's Beast had the right physique and proportions but they were sacrificed at the cost of mobility.
Mocap gives us the best of both worlds
