Fantastic Four and Spidey would be a "yes, please" from me. With how much history they have together I've always found it disappointing that and the Spidey/Torch bromance hasn't really appeared outside of the comics.

if those rumours were all right, that would mean both f4 and Cyclops in Spiderman 3, lol.
it would be too much

If true, I would guess Scott Summers and Johnny Storm in brief appearances as high school students.

The tweets look a lot more like fan speculation that actual insider info. And two of the items reveal a lack of common knowledge regarding the MCU. Far From Home is the last film in Sony and Disney's 'Spidey Sharing' agreement, so premature plans for Cyclops to appear in a sequel don't make a lick of sense. And Hulk won't have his own movie unless Disney comes to a distribution deal with Kabletown.

I'm pretty skeptical of the Tweets as well. Isn't Marvel Studios not allowed to plan anything until the deal closes?

They HAVE to plan stuff before the deal closes, otherwise it would be utter chaos the day it gets final approval. What Disney is not supposed to do is manage Fox's business lines until the official closing date. But there's been speculation that the Mouse is already exercising control on upcoming Fox releases New Mutants and Dark Phoenix.

Yeah, I think that twitter account is just someone posting speculation as if it's fact, and I don't see any reason to believe it's anything more than that.

Isn't all that info what was shown in that reddit thread posted last week?

Ah... I guess that's what I was thinking of. It's exciting if there's any truth to this, though.

At this point, I would agree. It would be nice if they included some way to verify the information- give it at least a bit of credibility.

By the way, Willie, I sent you a message. Did you get a chance to look at it? I hope I didn't cross any lines with you by it. Maybe you're not into going one-on-one with users here. Maybe personal messages are something you just don't do for one reason or another. But I hope you just haven't had a chance to get to it yet and everything is still good with us.

Some of it sounds cool.

Big NO to Amadeus Hulk tho.

Have Cho included sure, but not to replace Banner. Pair him up with Herc and face them both up against the Chaos King. :D

That version works too.
I disagree the cat version is more iconic. I hated Morrison's reason for making him a cat and i hateh how quitely resigned him (and the rest of the team). He never felt like Hank to me as long as he looked like a Beauty and the Beast reject.
I really wasn’t a big fan of Quitely’s art during that era.

then it wouldnt be worthy.

Cyclops deserves a good introduction, not a 5 seconds cameo, when general audience wont know him yet. I preffer a proper introduction instead of a quick one where none will care about the character.

Igers meeting with CADE was apparently inconclusive no decision has been made.

A crucial meeting on Tuesday between Brazil's regulators and Walt Disney Co. executive director Robert Iger over a proposed US $ 71 billion deal with 21st Century Fox Inc. ended without any agreement, representing a potential obstacle for the entertainment giant.

Brazil's antitrust regulator, known as Cade, has not yet decided a date for a decision on the agreement, according to two people close to the discussions. The legal deadline for a decision is March 17 and, if the case is not discussed at the February 27 meeting of Cade, an extension should be requested, said the people, who requested anonymity because the discussions are not public .

Brazilian regulators are still divided over whether the agreement can be approved without the need for Disney to sell one of the two sports channels in the country, Fox Sports or ESPN, the people said. In December, Cade published a report that said the agreement could pose a danger to the competition. Some Cade board members still see behavioral remedies as a viable option to obtain approval.

Iger and his lawyers declined to comment after the meeting.

I am taking all those rumors with a massive grain of salt. I am talking like, a full glass of salt water.

Some people put salt in their tea or coffee for some reason. I can understand putting sugar, but salt? :barf:

I just did some Googling and there are a shockingly large amount of comics where Spidey and Beast have teamed up on their own.

I never thought Brazil would be such a pain in the butt. I was expecting more pushback from even China than Brazil.

I hate to be the worrywart here but now I’m getting worried that Brazil will do the unthinkable & block the deal. Hoping people more well-versed in this area can assuage my concerns but I’m just have a bad feeling.

They need to divest them. Surely Iger won't let this make or break the deal. If Brazil denies it and someone like Comcast or Amazon came back with a 80 billion dollar bid and said they are willing to divest fox sports how silly is Disney gonna look? If Brazil denies it what happens to agreement between Disney and fox? Does it become invalid or do they get a bit of time to work things out?

Disney will want to keep the sports channels. Iger has reiterated how important live sports is.

More important than preventing the whole deal falling through because of that one stumbling block?

You have no idea how these things work...

They have more than enough time. 11 months to be exact and probably around 5-6 months before the panic. If them playing hardball gets them all sports channels in Brazil, then it's worth it in the end. A few months delay won't matter that much to them.
